Indonesia is one of key market for Asia having multiple business and entities.  Finance Manager in Indonesia will be the one responsible to manage finance team in Indonesia with three different entities and accountable for financial reporting, compliance, internal control, statutory accounts and tax reporting.

Financial reporting:

1. Monthly reporting, quarterly reporting, year-end closing – timely delivery with quality with different accounting systems.
2. Project finance review and controlling
3. Budget and Forecast (quarterly)
4. Ad hoc reporting: DSO, FCF, aging, billable ratio reporting but not limited to.

Accounting:

1. Statutory accounting and audit for all the entities under responsibilities
2. Tax reporting and tax compliance.
3. Management accounts and reporting in consolidation system with high level of accuracy
4. High quality balance sheet management – full reconciliation (audit trail)
5. Cash planning and controlling
6. Improving/reinforcing the Internal compliance and internal control

Reporting and Analysis:

1. Generate financial reports for country, validate/review and sign off.
2. Provide good level of details on deviation monthly quarterly basis for revenue down to EBITDA (including G&A).
3. Full analysis on overdue and tracking to control overdue and cashflow
4. Early warning to know as early possible on financial impact

Process Improvement:

1. Identify opportunities for process improvements in payment workflows, GL account management, and reporting.
2. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control within the department.
3. Will be key contact for migration of accounting system planned in year 2025: providing local requirements including tax reporting, statutory requirements, automation as required

Stakeholder/People management:

1. Multiple stakeholder management in matrix organization to deliver financial report as needed.
2. Managing local Finance team
3. Managing change management within FIN - breaking the silo, moving out from status quo.
4. Communication with different business line, service line, group, region, legal
5. Problem solving, find a root cause and solution with multiple stakeholders

1. Melakukan pengontrolan pemakaian dan membuat laporan bulanan pemakaian spare part.
2. Menyusun target breakdown mesin / down time mesin, laporan analisa breakdown dan tindakan perbaikan serta pencegahan. Mengkoordinir dan mengarahkan tim yang terdiri mekanik, maintenance dan juga bagian lain terkait dengan breakdown mesin.
3. Melakukan preventive maintenance dan improvement secara terus menerus terhadap kondisi mesin; Menyusun, mengevaluasi dan me-maintain master list perawatan-tahunan mesin.
4. Memastikan pengembangan dan produktivitas team, menjalankan fungsi kepimpinanan seperti mengarahkan, mengembangkan dan menuntun tim yang berada dalam koordinasinya sehingga dapat meningkat dari segi skill, knowledge dan perilaku positif di tempat kerja.
5. Membantu atasan dalam mengevaluasi umpan balik dan keluhan pelanggan untuk tujuan mengatasi masalah keluhan pelanggan.
6. Bersama dengan tim manajemen menerapkan Quality Mindset dan program 5-S kepada seluruh karyawan.
