As a Digital Marketing Intern , you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively addressing and resolving complaints. This position involves close collaboration with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience and drive improvements in service delivery. 

What will you do but not limited to: 

• Assist in the creation, implementation and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as WhatsApp, Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, LinkedIn and more. 

• Support in set up, execute, optimize various paid channels including YouTube, SEM, Display, Facebook, Instagram but not limited to different biddable channels 

• Assist in designing split tests on Google Ads & Facebook Ads by using customer data and third-party data 

• Conduct in-depth standard and custom ad effectiveness studies for WhatsApp Business, Facebook & Google advertisers. 

• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights 

• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports 

• Perform competitor analysis and trend research to improve strategies. 

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content ideas for campaigns and marketing initiatives. 
• Support the team with scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and other tasks as needed. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite). 

• A balance perspective between creativity and data driven. 

• Self-learner, ambitious, good attitude, excited by challenges. 

• Have good knowledge on the latest marketing trends and happenings and analytical tools.

Main Responsibilities

PR : Influencer & Community Pillar

Outreach & Strategy :

• Research and brainstorm on new potential influencer names that fits to Love, Bonito Indonesia’s brand image, collection styles and campaign objective 
• Plan weekly influencer line-up based on historical traffic target (under guidance of manager)
• Help to do KOL outreach (existing and new), negotiate rate (based on historical guide) and posting date based on SOW (statement of work) 
• In doing communication and KOL outreach, intern should maintain good relationship with existing and new KOL by displaying prompt and accommodative communication

Administrative :

• Input and monitor KOL seeding request to Operations team to be completed in timely manner before KOL posting date 
• Generate and share customised UTM/ track links to KOL 
• Share content brief to KOL 
• Update KOL names (posting date & rate) and clothing selections on tracker 
• Daily monitoring of KOL posting & report KOL posting performance to manager (timeline of posting, check on content quality, check UTM links) 

Ad Hoc :

• Assist & stand by for offline events and photoshoot 
• Request and be the PIC responsible for clothing lending for influencers/ muses/ internal team 
• Assist to contact external vendors (for PR/ social-related vendors) 
• Give fresh and innovative ideas based on current trends to support offline event planning & ideation 
• I.e: event activity, venue, F&B vendors, etc 

Social Media Pillar : Instagram

• Help to do instagram posting both graphic content & influencer repost in timely manner 
• IG Story: 2x daily
• IG Post: 1x week
• Help to generate UTM/ track links for instagram posting & refresh linkinbio

Requirements & Experiences :

• Available for 4 months internship program
• Open for final year students and fresh graduates!

As a Marketing Communication Intern, you will support our marketing and communications team in executing various initiatives and campaigns. Benefit Cosmetics is looking for an energetic and high-spirited college – under graduate who’s itching to be immersed in the world of marketing:

A.     Social Media

• Create and manage monthly editorial plan:

• 1 post per day for IG Feed & 1 post every 2 days for TikTok.
• For IG, the content should be mixed between featuring products & people, local content & global content.
• For TikTok content, more into lifestyle / fun content, do not post any product focus content except hero asset for product launching.
• You will also be responsible to post the content & create its caption.
• Create 2-3 contents per week (image / video)
• Become the admin of IG & TikTok @benefitindonesia, replying to followers’ messages or any inquiries from partner
• Actively search current trends in TikTok & IG and recreate it.
• Actively giving out fresh ideas to increase Benefit’s social media engagement (min. 1 idea / month)

• PIC of brow bestie program: Find min. 4 micro – macro KOLs to have a barter partnership with us for brow waxing content.
• Handling KOLs for any paid/barter partnership content and event invitation.
• Actively know viral / new KOLs in TikTok & IG and suggest the team to engage them.

Support the needs for event launching e.g.:

• PR Package
• KOLs

D.      Trend & Reporting

• Fill in monthly digital report.

E.       Administration

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our team as the Person in Charge (PIC) for various key events and communication initiatives.

The intern will play a critical role in coordinating cooking events, store openings, and ensuring seamless communication between our brand, agencies, and designers for digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cooking Event Coordination:

• Manage registration processes for cooking events.
• Liaise with participants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of cooking events, including logistics, materials, and on-site support.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event to ensure a successful experience for all participants.

Main Responsibilities

PR Influencer & Community Pillar

• Research and brainstorm on new potential influencer names that fits to Love, Bonito Indonesia brand image and campaign objective.
• Assisting to do KOL outreach (existing and new), negotiate rate and posting date based on SOW under guidance from PR assistant.
• Input and monitor KOL seeding request to Operations team to be completed in timely manner before KOL posting date. 
• Generate and share customized UTM/ track links to KOL.
• Share content brief to KOL.
• Update KOL names (posting date & rate) and clothing selections on tracker.
• Monitor KOL posting based on brief.

Social Media Pillar

• Instagram posting both graphic content & influencer repost in timely manner 
• IG Story: 2x daily
• IG Post: 1x week
• Generate UTM/ track links for Instagram posting & refresh Linkinbio

Ad Hoc 

• Assist & stand by for offline events and photoshoot 
• Request clothing lending for influencers/ muses

Requirements & Experiences :
