AYANA Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive - Japanese (native) to join our team. As a native Japanese speaker, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth within our hospitality industry. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager - Japanese, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, establishing new relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote loyalty and retention.
• Prospect and identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase revenue.

• Buys locally available fresh products wherever possible and has limited menus which are changed frequently to ensure that the guest is always offered a variety of food items. Ensures accurate maintenance and analyzes the activities and trends of ceompetitive restaurants, bars and banquets.
• Oversees the planning of menus and utilization of food surpluses and leftovers, taking into account probable number of guests, market conditions, and popularity of various dishes and frequency of menu. 
• Reviews menus, analyzes recipes, determines food, labour overhead costs and assigns prices to menu items. 
• Introduces and tests the market with new products which are market-oriented in terms of price and product. 
• Maintains profitable food production level according to forecast. 
• Serves fresh food to the guests which is prepared a la minute, is consistent in quality, and which reflects the style of the outlet concept. 
• Supervises outlet chefs and commissary kitchen personnel and coordinates their assignments to ensure economical and timely food production. 
• Observes methods of food preparation and cooking, sizes of portions, and garnishing of foods to ensure food is prepared is prescribed manner. 
• Frequently tastes food and beverage in all outlets and be demanding and critical when it comes to quality. 
• Estimates food consumption and purchases or requisitions foodstuffs and kitchen supplies. 
• Devises special dishes and develops innovative recipes and establishes and enforces nutrition and sanitation standards for all restaurants. 
• Responsible for the total food production in all kitchens.
• Assists the outlet management teams in the preparation and implementation of their annual outlet marketing plans. 
• Checks incoming food items, ensures that all food merchandise is accordance with order sheet and receiving records, transfer them to the appropriate section of the kitchen control waste and losses and keeps them to a minimum.

• As brand representative in Distributor area, responsible for achieving sales target assigned by Distributor and directing Distributor salesmen in doing standardized branding implementation.
• Responsible to communicate any Selling or Marketing program to Distributor other salesmen, and gather consolidated feedback from Distributor (if any) regarding any program or disputes that might be happening in the future.

We seeks a passionate and proactive Tenant Relations Officer to cultivate enduring relationships with our diverse tenant community.You will act as the tenants' primary point of contact, ensuring their satisfaction through swift resolution of inquiries related to leases, maintenance, building activities and community initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Managing Tenant Inquiries. Handle all tenant inquiries related to renovations, requests and complaints. Coordinate with the relevant departments (Finance, Operations, Legal, etc) to ensure their prompt resolutions.

• Source of information. Distribute all relevants information to tenants, including building update, announcements, policy changes and operational matters. Maintain clear and effective communication channels to keep tenants informed and enggage.
• Administrative Suppport. Provide administrative support works to the Sales team, including data entry, memo preparation for new and renewing tenants and agreement draft preparation (in collaboration with the Legal team). Handle routine administrative tasks such as preparing and circulating letters also and updating tenant information.

• Professional English fluency for all aspects of business communication, both spoken and written. Highly proficient in spoken Bahasa Indonesia with working knowledge of written comprehension
