Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

8. Melakukan pelatihan, pembinaan, dan coaching untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kinerja anggota tim.
9. Mendorong pengembangan profesional dan memastikan akses ke sumber daya yang diperlukan.
10. Menjalankan tugas operasional sehari-hari sesuai prosedur perusahaan (SOP).
11. Mengelola sumber daya, anggaran, dan waktu secara efisien untuk memenuhi target dan tenggat waktu.
12. Memastikan kegiatan tim mematuhi kebijakan dan regulasi perusahaan.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the MD and SPM team in the assigned branch area Central Java and manage the coordination of work in the retail sector in order to create harmony in terms of sales (Sell out) so as to achieve goals in accordance with predetermined company standards.
• Conduct regular routine training for MD and SPM to conduct training in their respective areas (coordinate with HO trainers).
• Collaborate with branch sales teams to improve and develop sales activities in stores as part of the retail strategy.
• Manage the overall process (recruitment request) of Merchandisers and Promoters in their respective areas.
• Build and maintain good business relationship with store owners in each area.
• Produce necessary weekly/monthly reports related to Retail in each area.

• Memastikan, Memeriksa dan Memproses Tagihan Pekerjaan Tambah Kurang (VO)
• Memastikan, Memeriksa dan Memproses Tagihan Progres Pekerjaan yang diterima dengan lengkap & benar sampai dengan Berita Acara Pembayaran (BAP) diterima
• Memeriksa, Mengkoreksi dan Memastikan Dokumen Kontrak sesuai dengan hasil negosiasi

• Memiliki kemampuan Kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan presentasi serta pengetahuan tentang shopping center management
• Membantu melaksanakan persiapan event dan mendokumentasikan
• Mengawasi loading dan unloading event, memasang perlengkapan dekorasi
• Memastikan media promosi yang diperlukan dalam rangka mendukung event yang ada
• Menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak ketiga, seperti: EO, exhibitor

• Memahami gambar, dokumen, dan material arsitektur proyek
• Melakukan F21 evaluasi hasil pekerjaan kontraktor di lapangan dari segi desain (arsitektur, interior, landscape, grafis, lighting, lalu lintas)
