DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Memberikan pelayanan service yang baik terhadap pelanggan mulai dari reservasi sampai pasca service sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

2. Memeriksa, menganalisa, merekomendasi dan menjelaskan tentang hasil pemeriksaan kendaraan perihal perawatan dan perbaikan kendaraan kepada pelanggan.

3. Menjalin komunikasi dan interaksi yang baik terhadap pelanggan untuk memasarkan jasa yang di tawarkan bengkel sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.

• Memahami Preventive Maintenance Management (Service Advisor)
• Mengetahui ilmu teknis terkait mesin diesel dan mesin bensin
• Problem Solving Perbaikan Kendaraan

• Melakukan penerimaan & pengembalian kendaraan kepada customer yang melakukan service
• Melakukan pemeriksaan pada kendaraan customer sebelum dan setelah proses service
• Memberikan penjelasan dan saran teknis kepada customer terkait service yang dilakukan serta saran sevice selanjutnya
• Memberikan penjelasan teknis kepada customer apabila terdapat informasi yang perlu diketahui terkait perubahan waktu pekerjaan, penambahan kebutuhan parts, maupun perubahan biaya
• Melakukan follow up hasil perbaikan yang telah dilakukan serta mengedukasi pentingnya melakukan perbaikan secara rutin

• Acquisition of new client relationships and development of existing client relationships for mutual fund 
• Selling a range of investment products to existing and potential clients.
• Achieving high levels of service standards and maximizing client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate awareness of budgets and accounts and profitability
• Managing teams that will help in acquiring and development of client relationships both new and existing

- Minimum senior high graduated or higher

- Having experience as Beauty Consultant/Beauty Advisor min. 3 years in reputable make-up brands

- Working in shifting hours and weekend
