As a Warehouse and Fulfilment Manager, You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operatons, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics coordination. • Collaboration: Develops trusted working relationships with the ACS sales team and adjacent teams such as the Autodesk Worldwide Field Operations (WWS) team. You will also work with adjacent business resources (e.g. sales management, deployment, adoption, business development, global technical sales, and marketing) and collaborate with ACS product "centres of excellence", Customer Success projects such as Voice of the Customer, deployment teams to implement proposed solutions, and coordinate with ACS marketing for product launches, webinars and go-to-market messaging strategy

1. Product Registration

The VM Executive will support Visual Merchandising Manager in handling various aspects of Visual Merchandising with focus on new Sephora store openings, Sephora event installation/launchpad and Dior Beauty Workshop. To also support HPP and New Store Openings when required. • Manage the ordering, allocation and coordination of all elements and materials for Sephora. This includes working with suppliers and contractors to ensure deliverables meet set deadlines.
• Ensure all physical aspects of all Dior fixtures at Sephora stores are working and in good condition. Example: no busted lights, drawers & cabinets are working, no frayed wires, etc.

TRAINING & COMMUNICATION

• Responsible to be main point of contact for Sephora and liaise with the related Departments on VM elements, storage, VM executions etc. Also responsible for its maintenance when required.
• Responsible for all Sephora related communication and collateral, including but not limited to visual plan, planogram, event/installation design brief, monthly updates, brand guideline and best practice reference.
• Conduct regular Sephora store visits and to provide visit report each time (display condition, tester upkeep, etc.), ensuring Visual Merchandising standards are maintained in accordance with guidelines and proper execution are done throughout all stores.

Job Desc/What will you do

• Identify current and emerging technology issues including security trends, vulnerabilities and threats
• Recognize complex technical issues and managing them within a fast-paced business environment
• Perform proactive investigation to analyze security weaknesses and recommend appropriate strategies
• Perform Threat intelligence activities
• Work closely with internal and external teams to implement security solutions
• Acquire and implement new technological solutions to enhance organizational security posture
• Identify, define and document system security requirements and recommend solutions
• Monitor systems for irregular behavior and set up preventive measures

• 5+ years of related job experience

• Responsible for managing the end-to-end process of invoice handling, ensuring process invoices for accuracy, matching invoices with purchase orders and receipts, completeness documents, and proper approval.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in A/P & Treasury processes.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to A/P, including reconciliation, providing data and reports related to accounts payable, GRNI, and cash balance for financial reporting.
• Approve and validate A/P PO invoices, expense reports to A/P, application payment vendors
• Administer cash management, bank account administration, bank service fees, treasury accounting support, and foreign exchange.
• Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors, responding to vendor inquiries, and resolving payment-related issues.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, banking, and other functional area.
• Responsible for managing daily cash positions and ensuring sufficient liquidity, monitoring, and analyzing cash flow forecasts.
• Actively participate in the management of banking relationships.
