About The Role

The Finance Hospitality will be focused on managing and overseeing the financial operations of our hospitality properties. You will be responsible to assist Treasury Manager in order to maintain stability to Group company cashflow and ensure sufficient fund to meet ongoing operational and business forecast. Ultimately, provide smooth process for payments within the Group.

What you will do:

• Maintain cash flow positions and related borrowing need.
• Manage daily bank statement account balance, and perform monthly bank
• reconciliation.
• Process and execute any payment process for 5 countries.
• Monitor payment to investor.
• Maintains lenders loan reports, including loan agreements, interest rates, WHT etc.
• Handle bank documentation & supporting data for bank account opening / KYC / bank facilities etc.
• Ensure sufficient funds to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
• Prepare data and charts for Asset-Liability Committee (ALCO) meetings
• Help other ad-hoc requests within Treasury, e.g. transfer receipts, simple reports.

The Senior Electrician position performs all tasks and duties of an electrical discipline including but not limited to, installing or maintaining the variable speed /SCR drives, electrical wiring on miscellaneous equipment including but not limited to, generators, air conditioning, refrigeration, and alarm systems. The position is responsible for all drilling and support equipment pertaining to the drilling of the well including but not limited to, circulating, rotating, hoisting and well control systems.
