• Set up and adjust machines, including molds, tooling, and auxiliary equipment.

The (Sr.) Workforce Support Specialist will directly provide employees and leaders with day to day HR workforce support.  S/he will be a member of Asia Pacific Workforce Support Team, with the primary support assignments of handling employee relation issues, providing consultancy on HR policies, procedures to employees and managers in the region. S/he will also provide support across multiple groups/sites as needed. Reporting to the Workforce Support Leader, this individual will be the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding employee relations, and co-own employee engagement and satisfaction for the region.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Serve as the main point of contact for employees for employee relations related inquiries, complaints and customer service(e.g. case management, policy or protocol navigation).

• Support managers on HR related activities such as promotions, investigations, absenteeism management, corrective actions, PIPs, terms and restructuring activities.

• Assist HR workforce support leadership regarding policy reviews, policy

improvements, training opportunities etc.

• Work in strong collaboration with other workforce support tiers to ensure inquiries are resolved in a timely, friendly and comprehensive way.

• Carry out maintenance and project activities for mechanical, rotating, and static equipment properly, and handle ambient noise, B3, solid, and liquid waste in accordance with SOP, superior guidance, and standards/directions from the SHE team.
• Play an active role and inform superiors, GA, and managers if there are equipment, tools, licenses, and calibrations that are about to expire, both for the equipment and themselves.
• Carry out repairs, additional equipment installations, modifications, and preventive and predictive maintenance. Perform repairs and modifications according to fixed plans, and report any changes to the implementation of planning related to changes requested by the production team due to urgent or emergency conditions.
• Control the use of spare parts and report any usage/replacement.
• Continue/replace the work of absent colleagues in accordance with superiors’ instructions and applicable overtime/compensation procedures.
• Provide a report to superiors (direct communication) if there is a problem that cannot be resolved within a certain time limit for the shift, in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Control work health and safety principles during shifts.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the work area after making modifications or repairs to process machines, according to targets.
• Achieve targets according to quality objectives.

• Develop production plans in line with cargo readiness projections from Traders/Commercial, adjusting for RG-Olein availability and vessel/truck arrival schedules.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials and supporting materials necessary for the production process.
• Verify the availability of tank allocations in the tank farm.
• Ensure the quantity of loaded cargo aligns with the request/order (VPO).
• Generate Daily Production Reports (DPR) and Daily Stock Reports for land 1 on a daily basis.
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of provided data, including Daily Production Reports and Daily Stock Reports.
• Participate in Monthly Stock Opname, coordinating with the Controller and other users.
