Monitoring actual spending budget against planning of each and all projects against allocation in detail specs, variances, deviations
• Checking and ensuring all progress claims and invoices are accordance to actual progress at site, completed with proper documented evidence, submitted as per contracted scope, all in timely manner
• Identify, check, review, and ensure potential VO/CO to be included in the monitoring cost & budget, and are submitted with complete justification, calculation, and impact to overall project plan
