The Role

You will be at the front seat in delivering the best service and experience to our customers through retail.  Responsible for end-to-end operational and customer excellence, people development, assortment, and financial profitability for a cluster of stores. Main Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

• Together with the Assistant Retail Manager building a strong and high performing retail store team to achieve the desirable and targeted KPI and store metrics target, improve store and team productivity, and to ensure the profitability of all stores.
• Strategize manpower resource planning and management for all stores (including but not limited to oversee shift schedules, retail staff budgeting, monitor the performance of team productivity and efficiency, socialise employment SOPs, and implement disciplinary metrics) to achieve optimal staffing levels and build a high performing retail store team.

Purpose:

The CPS Regional Commercial Associate Director will drive revenue growth from regional clients across the APAC region, meeting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and Operating Plan (OP). They will manage and expand a diverse regional client portfolio, with a strategic focus on reclaiming market share from competitors.

This crucial position also including managing the commercial aspect of CPS new initiatives in the APAC region. Responsibilities:

Financial Management

• To build relation and network with selected target high school through the principle or councilors in order to reach potential students and parents in order to achieve target number of applicants that will lead to target number of committed students
• To deliver high quality presentations about Sampoerna University as well with give accurate information, advice and guidance to prospective students.
• Work closely with Student Recruitment Manager in identifying market as well with developing recruitment strategy to earn leads and conversions through activities.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Testing Center, Bursary and other related department to ensure all applications, applying and admitted students are dealt accordingly

Position Objective

To accelerate SK-II business and strengthen brand presence across all OMNI channels with effective strategies and implementation with right criteria to fit with our brand DNA and values.

In this position, the candidate will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports. You should have a good knowledge of modern marketing techniques & commercial trends. A passion for sales, and excellent communication skills that align with modern consumer trends.

The candidate also needs to demonstrate a positive work ethic and be able to work closely with all functions and with external parties, and be able to represent the brand suitably.

Job Description

• Initiate clear business and marketing strategies that will maximize the profitable growth of SK-II's brand and products in both online and physical retail channels
• Closely monitor the outcome of marketing efforts and business activities, to ensure profitable outcomes
• Principal relationship, able to negotiate, deal, and communicate well with our main stakeholders
• Develop viable business models that will lead to sustainable growth and execute them
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify commercial opportunities
• Have a clear understanding of customers’ needs, and consumer trends in the beauty and skincare sector
• Manage relationship with retailer relationships, and continually act to acquire new customers
• Strengthen existing sales channels, and identify and grow new opportunities in the e-commerce space
• Seek out new opportunities in expanding the products and brand portfolio, and lead the commercialization and business planning

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business or a closely related field with an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.
• Grit, tenacity, and willingness to make things work.
• At least 8 years of increasingly responsible work experience in a combination of Marketing and/or Sales function, and over this period has successfully delivered meaningful metrics, especially top-line and bottom-line results.
• Consistent track record of success (leading & participating) with matrix organizations and projects that involve multi-disciplinary teams.
• Has demonstrated success in ambitious business situations, i.e. new business model, turn-around, and sustaining high growth.
• A strong level of business and commercial acumen, particularly in omnichannel retail and distribution, and a deep understanding of the business’ local market and consumer behavior.
• An outstanding communicator who can interact internally and externally with brand owners, management, and colleagues.
• Excellent networking skills and the ability to make partnerships happen.

Job Descriptions

• Build LUXASIA’s eCommerce service provider business on the key marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, etc
• Maximize onsite exposure for the brands including day-to-day events as well as mega campaigns
• Campaign management and onsite investment planning alongside brand teams
• Maintaining store ratings and KPIs tracked by marketplaces
• Coordination with the warehouse and operations team & solving ad-hoc problems
• End-to-end execution of eCommerce operations and seller center systems
• Visual merchandising and store management including utilizing seller tools
• Demand planning & inventory planning with brand partners
• Data reporting and analysis including competitor benchmarking
• Strong communication & coordination between internal teams, brand partners, and platforms
• Building relationships with principals, brand management teams, and marketplaces

• eCommerce/retail (3-5 years) – e-marketplace experience preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Project management
• Strong in data analytics and reporting, and use the data to come up with commercial plans and strategies
• Campaign planning & execution experience
• Client management
• Knowledge of e-commerce platform membership
• Able to execute strategies in an e-commerce platform
• Having experience working in a brand is a plus
