Komunikasi dengan Klien dan Vendor: Berinteraksi dengan pelanggan, klien, atau pemasok untuk memastikan kelancaran kegiatan pemasaran dan menjawab pertanyaan terkait produk atau layanan yang ditawarkan.

Support Tim Pemasaran: Memberikan dukungan administratif kepada tim pemasaran dalam berbagai hal seperti pengelolaan anggaran, riset pasar, dan pelaksanaan strategi pemasaran.

Main Responsibilities for Sales Assistant

• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on color, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs.
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colors, sizes, and quantities on the floor.
• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms.
• Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, as well as support all stocktake exercises.

Requirements & Qualifications :

We are looking for an Assistant Chief Engineer who is highly motivated to work with our Engineering team for our Delonix Hotel Karawang.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures for all equipment and systems in the hotel.
• Assist Chief engineer to ensure the safety of guests and employees by maintaining all safety equipment and systems.
• Manage a team of engineers and maintenance professionals, delegating tasks and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
• Oversee capital projects and renovations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations.
• Ensure that guests receive a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival.
