- Derive action plans for driving the business val-vol based on strategic goals of the BU
- Portfolio Management : Proactively shaping the category by analyzing the user & market trends, application, competition and profitability aspects. Also look for opportunities of expanding the HG portfolio in India.
- Act as country SPOC for any product related information like product application, usage, typical customer, USPs, competition comparison
- Develop Online & Offline Marketing plan quarter-wise for product / user groups based on the BU focus (Sales promotions, advertising, POS, trade marketing)
- Curate products for specific platforms (Online, KU, Trade) as per user reach and req.
- Price Management: Competitive pricing structure & price volume equation that benefits org.
- C-Budget ownership, Utilization tracking and planning of spends- in offline & Digital media as per channel-based requirements. Understanding of spend v/s ROI
- Data Analytics : Sales data analysis by correlating multiple data points
- Sales Delivery: Regular interaction with regions to understand local market trends and support to achieve the distribution expansion & TGS target & drive the exclusive Home & Garden BDMs in the regions to achieve their sales goals.
- Provide volume forecast based on market trends to ensure product availability
- Monitor & drive Green & Blue product portfolio performance in HPWs with respective users.
- Events & trade Shows : Plan & Coordinate for dealer meets, fairs and user events
- RM Budget alignment between RMM hub, CSOs and CTG
- Local adaptation of customer specific listings to insure high numerical distribution
- Provide relevant input about market developments in country (competitors development, customer cluster development)
- Collaboration with central BU teams on marketing, content, profitability, availability topics
- Implementation of central strategies, and activities in relevant customer cluster
