Dibutuhkan tenaga kerja yang akan difokuskan di dalam suatu Proyek di PT Duta Listrik Graha Prima. Tenaga kerja tersebut diharapkan mampu berkoordinasi secara baik kepada semua pihak yang berhubungan seperti pekerja di lapangan (Main Contractor; Sub Contractor; K3; Project Owner; dll); pekerja di kantor pusat; dan pekerja di kantor cabang (factory). 

Tugas utama melakukan Project Schedulling dan Project Monitoring

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :

• Melakukan riset pasar untuk menentukan target pasar dan mengembangkan strategi marketing yang tepat.
• Melakukan tinjauan dan analisis data customer serta data penjualan.
• Membuat rencana strategis, mereview dan memastikan strategi marketing dapat terlaksana dengan baik.
• Mencapai target sales melalui berbagai strategi marketing komunikasi, digital dan media dengan mengembangkan komunikasi dan relationship di pihak internal maupun eksternal yang sejalan dengan strategi pemasaran brand ataupun perusahaan.
• Memastikan customer dan potensial customer teredukasi tentang perusahaan dan produk dari KOKAI
• Fokus pada strategi penjualan untuk mencapai target penjualan
• Mencari customer baru melalui canvassing atau referensi, Membina hubungan baik dengan existing customer
• Membuat laporan kunjungan customer kepada atasan
• Bertanggungjawab pada hal teknik penjualan produk.
• Membuat dan mengatur project atau pemeliharaan produk.
• Bekerjasama dengan tim Pemasaran dan Penjualan untuk menyiapkan materi pemasaran dan penjualan.
• Menyiapkan laporan penjualan dengan mengumpulkan, menganalisa dan membuat ringkasan dari informasi yang didapat.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in HR or General Affairs.
• Proven knowledge of HR practices and general office administration.

• Familiar with MS Office and HR software (e.g. HRIS) is an advantage.

- COMMUNICATE AND WORK CLOSELY WITH PLANNING, QA, AND ENGINEERS ON THE PRODUCTION SCHEDULE, CHANGES, AND REVISIONS FROM CUSTOMERS OR ENGINEERING CHANGES.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accounting or Finance Management or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Fluent in English (oral and written)

• Possess strong analytical, communication, and presentation skill

• Proficient in Ms Office and SAP system will be preferable

Essential Job Functions:

• Identifying and assessing the terrain characteristics, constraint, environmental and consequently land availability aspect during development and the process of acquisition.

• Designing and maintaining the quality of wind monitoring campaign, including procurement of the required sensors.

• Assessing and analysing measurement data from both met mast and remote sensing devices (e.g., SODAR/LIDAR).

• Conducting linear/WAsP modelling (wind) and PVSyst modelling (solar) as well as the integration and justification of technical losses and uncertainty.

• Conducting technical iteration along project phases.

• Producing proper relevant maps, reports, and presentations.

• Managing and reviewing the external technical studies conducted by third party.

• Verification of the site condition in liaison with the OEM/manufacturers.
