They collaborate closely with the Junior Sous Chef – Commissary to maintain the highest culinary standards, uphold food safety regulations, and deliver a diverse range of exquisite culinary offerings. With a keen eye for detail and creativity, the Chef de Partie - Commissary contributes to menu development, implements culinary techniques, and supervises a team of commissary cooks.

Chef de Partie (All-Day-Dining Japanese Section)

Executive Pastry Chef

The Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for the production of all pastries, desserts, breads and other baked products. This position gives operational support to the Executive Chef / Director of Culinary in meeting all divisional targets and objectives with a view to maximize guest satisfaction as well as protecting all assets of the property. In addition to overseeing dessert preparation, the pastry chef may handle tasks such as supervising employees, ordering supplies, creating budgets and adhering to sanitation regulations.
