THE ROLE

The Senior Account Executive provides day-to-day support/services to assigned clients. The incumbent is responsible for delivering quality materials on time and on budget. The social brand Executive supports and collaborates with team members on tactical and strategic aspects of the account.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accountability for the day-to-day execution of assigned task.
• Act as a liaison between all departments, vendors and the client to ensure a timely completion of projects/ campaigns.
• Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls.
• Participate in planning and execution of operational/tactical aspects of campaigns.
• Monitor both client and agency budgets, including oversight of campaign costs.
• Provide timely and consistent communication to clients, vendor and internal team on the status of projects
• When establishing and executing advertising strategy, provide assistance and present ideas
• Assist in preparing Ad brief through client’s accordance and data analysis

• Manage end-to-end seller influencer projects from conceptualization, execution, to reporting.
• Develop and execute the identification, screening, and management process for seller influencers.
• Research and identify key seller influencers and other relevant online media presence that can be tapped for various seller education initiatives.
• Create customized activations, events, and other projects that are in line with current goals and priorities of Seller Operations.
• Monitor key performance metrics of seller influencer activities and assist in preparing materials for reporting.
• Coordinate and develop good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in the seller influencer projects.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and areas for development.

What you’ll do:  

As an Analyst, you will participate in laying the groundwork and contribute to day-to-day reporting needs for client marketing efforts.  You will be assigned to Media analytics projects for data analysis and reporting for a client brand.

Day-to-day, your role includes:

• Keeping a pulse on daily, weekly and monthly performance data from data analytics platforms
• Working in a variety of reporting systems and databases for the creation of recurring reports and dashboards
• Participating in brainstorms to identify nuances in data to optimize our clients’ business
• Supporting marketing initiatives across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reporting
• Expanding industry knowledge and relevant skillsets through scheduled internal training
• Participating in ad hoc requests from accounts handled such as root-cause analysis, reporting, data analysis and more.

Ecommerce Planning (40%):

• Develop strategies and makes in-depth recommendations based on a strong grasp of analytics, eCommerce Affiliate marketing & Influencers Affiliate Campaign
• Manages the daily workflow of all client campaigns, and works with various internal and external stakeholders, including Ecommerce Retailers (Shopee, Tiki, Lazada), Social Commerce Channel (TikTok) and Affiliate Publishers to deliver campaign objectives.
• Be aware of opportunities to drive revenue streams from existing relationships and leverage cases from existing relationships to create new relationships.
• Monitor sales trends and evaluate forecasts through an analysis of key performance indicators (KPI), prepare reports, and share the results with the central planning and the e-commerce corporate team.
• Work closely with the KOLs/KOCs team on commercial/incentive planning, and operation. Especially, Client stakeholders within the brand marketing team and brand ecommerce champions to ensure brand consistency.
• Transform data into actionable, easy-to-read output to drive performance, insights, and outcomes.
• Analyze data and structure relevant information for the client's benefit, in line with business indicators specific to their industry (eg: FMCG, retail…)

Performance and Optimization (60%):

• Analyze, track, and optimize on an ongoing basis effective benchmark for measuring the campaigns performance including GMV, ROAS and other important metrics of AMS
• Proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders on project development, timelines, and results. Work closely with the other team members to meet goals.
• Timely execution of promotional levers to deliver against strategic category goals.
• Optimize promotional effectiveness on eCommerce Campaigns, specific Affiliate Programs, and well collaboration with KOL/KOCs to win D-day and achieve P&L monthly.
• In charge of campaign implementation, and budget management on relevant eCommerce platforms (Tiki, Shopee, Lazada….), other online acquisition channels: affiliate marketing, social commerce media (Tiktok), to achieve GMV target.
• Work closely with E-Retail partners & Affiliate Vendors to ensure smooth cooperation while implementing the campaign and build the optimization tactics to keep pattern growth month on month campaign.
• Forecast sales performance trends (GMV, ROAS), provide solutions on optimization and quick actions to meet the KPIs within a very tight period.
• Responsible for regular reports on Ecommerce campaigns (daily, monthly, campaign) and handling ad hoc tasks if any.

About you
