Quality Staff (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) 

Mendukung Head of Quality dalam melakukan pengawasan dan tanggung jawab untuk memonitor Quality Department Performance: Penyusunan produk defect termasuk laporan tindakan perbaikan/pencegahan kepada Pelanggan, penyempurnaan rencana sistem Quality Control/ Quality Assurance untuk menjamin kepuasan Pelanggan melalui kualitas produk, Klaim Pelanggan, menindaklanjuti dan berkoordinasi untuk penolakan dari inspeksi pengiriman, penanganan Kontrol Pemasok, dll 

Tugas Pekerjaan:

• Mempersiapkan Audit Eksternal/Internal (Audit ISO/Audit Pelanggan/Audit Perusahaan Grup)
• Melakukan verifikasi klaim pelanggan barang dikembalikan, menyediakan & membantu produksi dalam Kualitas Produk

Process credit applications within 10 working days, ensuring that clients are notified promptly and professionally. The credit worthiness of all applicants is formally checked and approval must be received from the Director Of Finance.

• Review the credit worthiness of all existing non-Accor approved clients on a yearly basis. City Ledger

• Ensure all invoices / statements are issued on a timely basis.

• Monitor the prompt follow-up of all overdue accounts and minimize the recovery delay. • Implement effective inquiry response procedure for guests and management.

• Ensure all travel agent commissions are timely processed and paid.

• Report on monthly accounts receivable ageing analysis and detailed accounts’ ledgers.

• Conduct credit meetings at least once a month.

• Attend Credit Managers meetings to keep up to date knowledge of credit risks.

• Appropriately manage all delinquent accounts, liaising with debt collectors where needed.

• Review and recommend accounts to be written off, providing appropriate documentation. Guest Ledger and liaison with Front Office:

• Liaise between the Accounting Department and the Front Office.

• Ensure PX and PM accounts are checked on daily basis and transferred to city ledger within 48hrs from the departure date.

• Review the Advance Deposit ledger to ensure all the balances are either current or for future date. Inform the Front Office Manager of any deviations from policy by Assistant Managers, or Front Office Cashiers that may come to his/ her attention.

• Ensure guest refunds are processed in a timely manner as per the hotel policy; with all supporting paperwork and required authorizations.

Responsible for the entire operations, staffing and equipment of the Housekeeping Department
Delegates to and supervise all staff within the Department and assist them in preparing work
schedules.
Conforms to and enface policies & procedures and rules & regulations as laid down by ACCOR
and the hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
Performs special duties as required by Room Division Manager.
To be ready and responsible to perform any other duties as designated or required by

Finalizes reports on periodic inventories of linen and uniforms; submits the same to Guest Service
Manager.
Co-ordinates with Front Office regarding room transfer, guest charge and other problems or
requirements regarding guest accommodations and billing.
Prepares Housekeepers report on room occupancy.
Ensures the availability of linen and uniforms as required.
Ensures the proper scheduling of personnel in order to meet all cleaning and service requirements
daily.
Approves and/or prepares maintenance orders, work orders, requisitions, reports on guest
complaints and other inter-office memoranda.
Prepares Housekeeping Annual Budgets.
Performs duties common to all supervisors and other duties as may be assigned.
Monitors and controls the activities for house and guest laundry.
Overseas the daily movement of guest activities and be able to resolve any guest complaints.

• Assign in detail, specific duties to all employees under his/her supervision and instructs them in their work

• Meet or exceed revenue targets for assigned Sales through strategic engagement of customers
• Sell products to assigned customer Sales, managing a larger number of lower revenue customers depending on the market and brand
• Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships through demonstrating a detailed understanding of customer business strategy and needs
• Delivery of assigned Sales campaigns, against Sales, products and revenue targets
• Development of brand and industry specific knowledge, including competitor events, to enhance and improve new business sales performance
• Own the on-site re-booking of existing customer Sales, in line with event Sales allocation and sales targets
• Develop sales plans and approaches to grow existing customer Sales, through cross and up selling as well as the sale of integrated packages, sponsorship and advertising
• Develop and maintain industry and brand knowledge as required
• Adoption of sales pipeline process through use of Salesforce (CRM system)
• Maintain accurate and timely customer information and notes within Salesforce (CRM system)
• Manage the capture and entry of Sales contract information into CRM/ invoicing system
• Manage the handing over of Sale information and customer requirements (via Salesforce) to the Event Operations and Brand teams
• Support Finance in resolving bad debt customers as a final escalation point

• Bachelor degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 years experiences as Key Account Executive preferably on FMCG industry.
• Excellent in negotiation skill and dealing.
• Good communication, interpersonal skill, analytical and self driven.
• Having knowledge in account management (related with trading term: trade promotion, store, activiation, and capability negotiation).
• Available to be placed in any area.

• Process day-to-day Talent & Culture administration in an accurate and timely manner
• Create and update employee data record in system
• Create personal files and assist with general filing
• Manage application of work passes under Ministry of Manpower
• Prepare various letters and communication to employees
• Prepare monthly employee newsletter
• Organize and execute employees’ social, athletic and recreational activities
• Prepare and submit periodic Talent & Culture & Training reports
• Update and track annual and probation period appraisals of all employees

• Coordinate with the hiring managers on the recruitment of Rank & File employees based on approval by the divisional head and General Manager, following established standards, policies and procedures
• Prepare and issue contracts to all new employees
• Conduct and ensure smooth onboarding experience for all new hires
• Conduct recruitment and exit interviews for Rank & File employees
• Manage resignation and clearance procedures
• Maintain good working relationships and partnerships with recruitment agencies / sources
