Memimpin operasional harian

• Plan for outlet budget and review forecast on revenue and expenditure on monthly basic

• Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the outlet 

• Plan, implement and measure profit enhancement programs by working with the kitchen & Marketing Department. Prepare & submit post-mortem promotion report to F&B Manager upon completion of promotion 

• Implement and maintain control measures to ensure that food & beverage costs, productivity, labour costs and operating supply costs for the outlet is in line with budget 

• Conduct departmental daily briefings to ensure that all pertinent information is well received by team members 

• Supervise team members to ensure that all tasks assigned/required in the outlet are carried out on time and according to instruction and departmental standards 

• Build a good relationship with guests or regular patrons. Try to remember individual patron’s names and their preferences to extend a personalized service 

• Handle guests’ complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently 

• Handle all administration work pertaining to cashier/bar operation requirement and company’s policies 

• Maintain department communication logbook and updated notice board 

• Check the supply of equipment/stock level and ensure that there is no shortage of items which have impact on the operation and guests 

• Check the outlet/back of the house cleanliness to ensure that it is in compliant with F&B sanitation and hygiene rules and regulations

What will you do?

Responsible for the entire operations, staffing and equipment of the Housekeeping Department
Delegates to and supervise all staff within the Department and assist them in preparing work schedules.

Performs special duties as required by Guest Service Manager.

Directs and co-ordinates the activities of all Housekeeping personnel engaged in such activities
as:
• Cleaning and maintaining the interior hotel premises.
• Storing and issuing hotel linen and uniforms.
Ensures that all guestrooms, function room, public area, back of the house areas and their
surroundings are conforming to the hotel standards of cleanliness, maintenance and orderliness.
Inspects hotel rooms and premises regularly; ensures that furnishing, facilities and equipment are cleaned, repaired, maintained and replaced as necessary and informs Management of requirements; sees to it that deficiencies in work of personnel are corrected.
Determines need for general cleaning, repairs and remodelling; schedules such work activities in coordination with Engineering and Front Office.
Trains personnel according to established procedures, conducts training meetings to discuss problems and future plans, gives information and assignment, etc.
Briefs Floor & Linen Supervisor on function, VIP arrivals and other events, which will
necessitate additional or special preparations.
Controls and sees to the adequacy of inventory of all necessary housekeeping materials, supplies and linen.
Finalizes reports on periodic inventories of linen and uniforms; submits the same to Guest Service Manager.
Co-ordinates with Front Office regarding room transfer, guest charge and other problems or requirements regarding guest accommodations and billing.
Prepares Housekeepers report on room occupancy.
Ensures the availability of linen and uniforms as required.
Ensures the proper scheduling of personnel in order to meet all cleaning and service requirements daily.
Approves and/or prepares maintenance orders, work orders, requisitions, reports on guest
complaints and other inter-office memoranda.
Prepares Housekeeping Annual Budgets.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager with a strong focus on agency and placement to join our dynamic team. As an Relationship Manager you will be working with the IPS team and play a crucial role in agency business to make Igloo become the future of insurance.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in finding back-up placement
• Maintain relationships with insurance partners
• Manage and support partner leaders, particularly those with large portfolios
• Maintain and support corporate partners
• Seek out and establish relationships with new corporate partners
• Help the Regional Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager in creating insurance quotations
• Assist in finding reinsurance in cooperation with insurance partners
• Support in the bidding process alongside agents, partners, Regional Sales Managers, and Area Sales Managers

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2  years of placement experience, preferably with proven insurtech experiences

Dibutuhkan tenaga kerja yang akan difokuskan di dalam suatu Proyek di PT Duta Listrik Graha Prima. Tenaga kerja tersebut diharapkan mampu berkoordinasi secara baik kepada semua pihak yang berhubungan seperti pekerja di lapangan (Main Contractor; Sub Contractor; K3; Project Owner; dll); pekerja di kantor pusat; dan pekerja di kantor cabang (factory). 

Tugas utama melakukan Project Schedulling dan Project Monitoring

• Develop Enterprise Risk Management Framework, Policy, Procedures and all relevant documents to ensure the Company operates within the OJK requirements and risk policies.
• Identify gaps in the implementation against regulations, standardized methodology and/ or best practice and plan for practicable improvements.
• Drive an effective implementation of Enterprise Risk Management, across the Company, in line with Group and Regulatory Governance Framework principle and Policy.
• Manage risk management programs for multiple domain, i.e. multi finance, P2P Lending, and insurance broker.
• Lead the risk reporting preparation to ensure delivery of accurate, timely, and good quality reports, as required by Group and Regulator.
• Communicate findings and insights to various stakeholders, including senior management and related departments for timely risk mitigation.

• Conduct daily briefings and ensure that all pertinent information is well received by team members 

• Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her staff to ensure that highest quality service is delivered and department standards are met 

• Review, analyze and suggest improvement of work flow and standards at the Front Desk 

• Analyze rate variance report to ensure rooms revenue control, approve discounts and rebates 

• Communicate with Front Office Manager on all matters regarding guest services & hotel operations 

• Ensure documentation of all guest related issues using the logbook 

• Sign media and supervise shift handover procedures  

• Coordinate and communicate with other hotel departments as required regarding general administration and operations issues 

• Provide management presence at all times by assisting with the handling of guests’ needs and complaints tactfully and efficiently 

• Assist Guest Relations in greeting, rooming, and sending off guests 

• Inspect front of house and back of house regularly for cleanliness and orderliness 

• Ensure that front line staff complies with marketing techniques and maximizes sales 

• Check billing instructions, monitor guest credit and act upon any discrepancies 

• Coordinate full house situations and makes all necessary arrangements to handle overbooking and pledge relocates 

• Ensure procedures of On-Call Valet Desks and driveways are manned at all times and run efficiently 

• Ensures the Safety, Security and Loss Control policies and procedures are compiled with at the lobby and driveway. Handle and manage hotel emergencies. 

• Conduct Night Audit Process for hotel 

• Participate in daily operations meetings to liaise and coordinate closely with support departments regarding general administration and operations issues 

• Check that all Front Office employees report to work punctually and are well groomed before each of their shift 

• Conduct daily briefings and ensure that all pertinent information is well received by team members 

• Communicate all log entries by Duty Managers to ensure that all issues and concerns raised are closed with thorough follow up actions 

• Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Front Office and that departmental standards and procedures set out are strictly adhered to 

• Liaise with Reservations Department in a high house situation and recommend actions to be taken. Check on closed-out dates to ensure efforts are made to achieve 100% occupancy with the highest yield possible 

• Coordinate full house situations and makes all necessary arrangements to handle overbooking and pledge relocates 

• Liaise with Finance Department to ensure that credit procedures are properly carried out 

• Analyze market trend, review rooming list and motivate Front Office employees to up-sell rooms with the view of achieving higher yield and increasing revenue 

• Coordinate and monitor major group movements for meetings and conferences, and ensure that action plans cover all areas of operations handling 

• Makes courtesy calls to VIPS, long stay and corporate guest to obtain feedback and pro-act to handle any lapses in service standards 

• Handle all guest correspondences and ensure prompt follow-ups 

• Manage daily room inventory and coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure requested rooms are cleaned according to arrival times 

• Understanding and executing traditional and new drink recipes
• Creating innovative cocktails with an understanding of flavor profiles and presentation
• Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes or personal judgment
• Assist guests with their choice of wine and beverage pairing to complement menu selection and take the appropriate orders
• Up-sell and promote food and beverage offers at every available opportunity
• Organize, supervise and assist with the service of beverages
• Attend daily F&B meetings and monthly staff meetings to discuss beverages updates
• Ensure correct handling, storage and cleaning of all liquor service equipment
• Ensure that a tight control is kept on all stock used
• Maintain par levels for wine stock, supplies and equipment. Complete requisitions to replenish shortages or additional items needed for the anticipated business. Ensure wine orders are received correctly, properly stored/recorded and kept secured.
• Work with suppliers and purchasing department to obtain best priced products
• Work with Culinary team and Restaurant Manager on menu promotion and cocktail pairing selection base on menu offerings and guests’ feedback to suit different outlets
• Develop and conduct all beverage-related staff training programs
• Liaise and coordinate with wine purveyors for wine updates, training and promotions
• Maintain an updated beverage List. Develop budget plan, monitor and present a clear Sales Mix Record
• Be aware of and comply with Licensing Laws
