What you will do but not limited to:

• Create purchase orders and maintain invoices from Vendors.
• Create Quotes and maintain Invoices to Customers.
• Assist Finance Manager to prepare monthly tax report (VAT and Withholding Tax)\
• Reconcile Bank Accounts’ balance.
• Prepare a weekly payment schedule.
• Reconcile Sales report with Payment gateway’s Report
• Maintain expense reimbursement claimed by Kuncie’s employee.
• Assist manager in reviewing budget and forecast in addition to creating accurate and realistic financial projections that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports includes studying financial statements, conducting ratio analysis, and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the company's financial health and performance
• Work together with relevant departments from B2B Sales, Commercial, Legal and People Team to ensure proper administration and execute day to day operations of the business process.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting preferably in respectable Accounting firm
• Experience in Corporate Finance with financial systems and software
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles and practices

• Work with regional financial management dept. to check all company’s financial and accounting operations to ensure correct financial statements on monthly basis.
• Provide timely and accurate financial reports (P&L and BS) and interpret financial information to management while recommending further courses of action.
• In charge of company’s management rules, design internal procedures and related documents to ensure effective risk management and efficient workflow.
• Manage audit processes (Internal- and External audit) and ensure compliance with required standards on financial internal controls (J-SoX, US GAAP, IFRS, OGR) as well as provide compliance training to enhance employees’ understanding and attention to prevent any compliance issue.
• Provide accurate estimation of administrative expenditure to support management to plan yearly budget and quarterly forecast.
