• Menangani pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan IT (software dan hardware), seperti mengembangkan, troubleshooting, atau mengupdate sistem atau program yang sudah ada atau yang dibutuhkan. Menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi pada perangkat yang digunakan seperti komputer, CCTV, printer, dll.
• Mendukung pekerjaan General Affairs seperti mengurus proses registrasi ID Card, dan pekerjaan lain yang dibutuhkan.

Teknisi Jaringan fiber optik & wireless

• Bertanggung jawab dalam mengumpulkan user requirement, mengeluarkan dokumen business requirements, dan membantu proses sign-off pengguna.
• Merumuskan desain solusi, mengembangkan aplikasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna bisnis, melakukan pengetesan fungsi aplikasi, serta menjalankan UAT.
• Mengelola aplikasi, mengoperasikan fitur, serta melakukan pengembangan dan maintenance fungsi aplikasi.
• Merancang dan membangun aplikasi untuk platform Web dan Android, serta memastikan kinerja dan kualitas dari aplikasi yang ada.
• Berkolaborasi dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk menentukan dan merancang aplikasi serta melaksanakan pemeriksaan terhadap fungsionalitas aplikasi.
• Mengintegrasikan aplikasi dengan alat backend seperti cloud, API, dan push notifications.
• Menggunakan alat enkripsi untuk menjaga konten dan dan mampu melakukan pengembangan dengan menggunakan pemrograman PHP, C & Java

• Knowledge of network infrastructure, including CAT5/6 cabling, wireless networks, network switches, WAN/LAN, domain controller, Active Directory, firewall and VPN applications.
• Prepare & Implement Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all IT hardware & Software.
• Managing Disaster Recovery Process and ensuring regular daily backup is taken.
• Able to plan, assign and take the report from the IT team.
• Identifies and implements solutions to user challenges and concerns associated with the use of personal computer equipment.
• Maintains a system error / progress log book and deals with reported problems.
• Monitors and maintains proper inventory of hardware and software license.
• Keep updated with the latest technology and security risks on a regular basis.
• Able to perform other IT or Systems related tasks assigned by the management.
• Understand basic computer & networking fundamentals.
• Understand the working principle of switches, routers and others.

IT Staf

• To be involved in day-to-day audit work on operation and to advice the Hotel Manager for any uncharacteristic happenings.
• To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following ACCOR/FRS Standards of Performance.
• To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set.
• To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Admin & General Division or any other Department of the hotel as assigned.
• To perform all duties and tasks when rotated or assigned to another Department as per established standards for that Department.
• To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
• To assist authorized users in relation to operation of the hotel’s IT system hardware, various modules and supporting personal computers.
• To ensure that preventive maintenance required by any IT equipment in the hotel is carried out appropriately.
• To coordinate the timely repair and return to service of any faulty systems or items of equipment.
• To establish and implement procedures to ensure the backup of data in any IT system.
• To rebuild data corrupted by either hardware or software faults.
• To coordinate the investigation and timely handling of any software fault reports or enhancement requests.
• To set up emergency procedures to continue the operation of the hotel in the event of system failure.
• To provide manuals on the use of any IT systems and incorporate those manuals into the relevant operating procedures of the hotel.
• To arrange the distribution of Night Audit and other regularly system-produced reports.
• To establish necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the IT systems.
• To provide technical assistance to internal or external Audit staff.
• To work with the Sales & Marketing Department and Operational Departments to set up and maintain clean relevant databases for management purpose.
• To ensure the continuous availability of a hierarchy to deal with an emergency in any essential IT system.
• To ensure the availability of any stationery or consumables required by any IT systems.
• To keep the software in the Property Management System up to the current release as instructed by the Regional IT.
• To advise the management of the hotel on additional facilities that could be provided by existing or further IT systems and technological advances.
• To ensure that all licenses and annual maintenance contracts are complete and up to date
• To prepare weekly work schedules in accordance with workload and priorities for the approval by the Hotel Manager
