The Assistant Director of Talent & Culture encompasses a wide range of responsibilities related to managing the human capital within the organization. The person is responsible for supporting the Director of Talent & Culture in the development & formulation of policies, procedures and practices to support the operational needs of the Hotel.

The Assistant Director of Talent and Culture supervises and provides consultation to the management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations. The person is also expected to take leadership role in developing a culture that supports the hotel's strategic goals.

The Talent & Culture Daily Worker supports the daily operations of the Talent & Culture department. They assist with recruitment, organizing employee engagement activities, assisting with performance management processes, and maintaining accurate human resources records.

The position will be responsible in managing credit card portfolio with analytic review on credit card portfolio, including credit card profitability. It also responsible to profile CC customer and analyze which portfolio program are the most effective and suitable, based on each profile segment in order to increase both active rate and revolver balance. • Monitor all surveyor tasks to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) consistently across all branches.

In this position, you will join our growing Indonesia Built Environment business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of building and infrastructure projects.

• Produce designs, documentation reports, proposals, and specifications, perform calculation and analysis to meet client requirements for projects of reasonable complexity. 

• Contribute to project planning. 

• Assume responsibility for planning and managing resources of small projects or parts of larger projects.  

• Performing clarification and technical meeting. 

• Execute feasibility studies, project definition, concept design, specifications, and design documentation

• Coordinating with drafter in term of drafting checking. 

• Providing design reviews of electrical project proposals.

• Assisting in the preparation of fee proposals, tenders, specifications etc.

• Assisting in tender evaluation for expressions of interest and capital works tenders, both technically and commercially.

• Complete analysis and design of power, lighting, lightning, earthing system, communications services.  

• Prepare submission procedures and design standards.

• Required - degree in a relevant professional field

• 10+ years’ relevant professional/technical experience and/or specialization in buildings/industrial buildings

• Experience in Data Centre or Telecommunications is preferred but not mandatory

• Demonstrated leadership and team management ability

• High level engineering consulting and client management skills

• Experienced in the delivery of major and/or complex design projects to blue chip clients

• Excellent communicator (in both English and Bahasa) with well-developed commercial, analytical, and technical skills

• Sense-making communication skills, being able to explain complex engineering designs and solutions to non-technical audiences

• Experienced in delivering innovative and complex commercial building projects in a fast paced environment

• Experience or interest in managing projects from strategic and detailed planning, concept and detailed design

• Coordination and discussion with local power authority PLN
