General Duties 

1. Manages and organizes a maintenance team whose mission is to ensure proper maintenance and repair  of the  landscape area.  This  is accomplished within  the scope of a budget and in conformity with well- defined management norms. 
2. Responsible for planning, scheduling, controlling, co-coordinating and participating in the activities of all personnel engaged in maintenance activities. 
3. Responsible for the operation of the landscape department, overall condition and maintenance of landscape, repair and up keeping. 
4. Responsible for the security and safety norms  

General Responsibilities 

1. Plans, controls and co-ordinates activities of all landscape maintenance personnel engaged in maintenance and repair of landscape. 
2. Responsible for the elaboration and implementation of maintenance standards. 
3. Inspect regularly the entire Hotel landscape area and perform repairs and maintenance jobs are done according to hotel standards and practices. 
4. Check regularly the state of cleanliness and hygiene and sanitation of hotel landscape area.  
5. Co-operates with the Purchasing department in locating  sources  for needed items, substitutes locally available for imported ones and ensure best quality and value for money. 
6. Controls costs by minimizing/decreasing chances of property damage, maintaining adequate inventory of tools. (Maintenance store control). 
7. Prepares the schedules of all maintenance colleagues, controls this schedule making sure all areas are covered properly. 

Preventive Maintenance 

1. Ensure to set up a preventive maintenance program covering all areas of the hotel. (Set up of a data base system). 
2. Set up a schedule for preventive maintenance and ensure its realization in a timely manner. 
3. Ensure that the plants are full listing is available and fully updated for a proper schedule of preventive maintenance. 
4. Liaise with project team on preventive maintenance whenever is necessary. 

Hotel safety and security 

1. In accordance with Indonesia laws and regulations, ensure safe usage of the fire, gas and electrical equipment and related items. 
2. Ensure regular fire drills are running in co-operation with the security department. 

1. Monitor front office personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition
2. Supervise the Front Office team to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate for the purpose of maximizing revenue
3. Monitor Front Office, and particularly Butler personnel, to ensure LCAH members are known, as well as repeat guests and other VIPs receive special attention and recognition

21. Works with Talent and Culture on manpower planning and management needs.

• Supports the manage and control data flows to and within Finance applications to ensure integrity and completeness of data, including by preparing and recording financial transactions for legal vehicle and regulatory reporting purposes, updating the general ledger, recording financial transactions, and preparing of consolidated financial statements, in accordance with management reporting requirements, for legal vehicle & regulatory purposes. Areas of Responsibility:

• Monitor front office personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition
• Supervise the Front Office team to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate for the purpose of maximizing revenue

• In conjunction with the Emergency Response Team prepare emergency procedures upon advice from relevant authority that cover such emergencies as Fire, Power Outrage, Bomb Threat, Cyclone Warnings, Tsunami, etc.
• Prepares efficient work schedule for Front Office Staff, arranging holidays and vacation, taking into consideration project occupancy and forecasts and any large group movements, especially those with early or late arrivals or departures.

• Works with Talent and Culture on manpower planning and management needs.
• Works with Housekeeping and Finance in the preparation and monitoring of the Rooms’ and FO budget and forecast.

General Duties

1. Communicate and assist guest starting from reservation, check in, during stay until departure from the resort. All communication must be done in a well manner and in professional level.

2. Ensure highest level of guest satisfaction at all times by delivering the best service experience at every stage of the guest stay.

3. Work in conjunction with Housekeeping and Engineering team to ensure that villas are in immaculate condition at all times and especially in preparation for guest arrival.

4. Daily communication with Housekeeping and Food and Beverage team in relation to the needs of current and arriving guests to the resort.

5. Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of villas by Housekeeping and Engineering staff to ensure guests are not disturbed unnecessarily.

6. To promote in house facilities to guest during stay before giving recommendation for outside of the resort.

7. Handle all flights confirmations, dinner reservations, tour arrangements and any other guest itinerary during stay.

8. Assist other department whenever there is anything related to guest in the resort to ensure guest needs are handled in a timely and professional manner.

9. Work closely with Food and Beverage team at each dining experience to ensure guest receives a consistent level of service including to cater for guest preferences accordingly.

General Responsibilities

The role of the Operation Assistant for Online Channel is to process all transactions related to the online channels in a smooth and timely manner.

Customer Email

• Conduct follow-ups on customer emails based on tickets assigned by the Customer Care Team. Responses to clients should be exclusively managed by the Customer Care Team.

Sales Orders

• Allocate client orders based on stock availability in the fulfillment centers in Bali and the USA, and issue instructions to our third-party logistics team in the USA.
• Execute order processing tasks, including picking, packing, and shipping orders in Bali.
• Provide comprehensive lists of both Bali and OIA orders and upload the latter to FileZilla.
• Ensure daily updates of fulfillment statuses in Shopify, referencing the acknowledgment list from OIA.
• Initiate the Export Custom Declaration process.

Export Documents

• Facilitate PEB requests by creating, combining, and compiling necessary documentation.
• Generate labels for dispatching export documents to DHL Jakarta.
• Prepare and submit daily reports detailing shipment lists and PEB documents to DHL.
• Summarize PEB and OIA Orders separately for comprehensive records.

Returns

• Perform daily checks on the return receiving report.
• Process refunds efficiently and accurately within Shopify.

General
