Director of Revenue Management

The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for leading the hotel Commercial Strategy team in determining strategic vision. What you will be doing:

THE ROLE

The Senior Account Executive provides day-to-day support/services to assigned clients. The incumbent is responsible for delivering quality materials on time and on budget. The social brand Executive supports and collaborates with team members on tactical and strategic aspects of the account.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accountability for the day-to-day execution of assigned task.
• Act as a liaison between all departments, vendors and the client to ensure a timely completion of projects/ campaigns.
• Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls.
• Participate in planning and execution of operational/tactical aspects of campaigns.
• Monitor both client and agency budgets, including oversight of campaign costs.
• Provide timely and consistent communication to clients, vendor and internal team on the status of projects
• When establishing and executing advertising strategy, provide assistance and present ideas
• Assist in preparing Ad brief through client’s accordance and data analysis
• Assist various data research and analysis for establishing alternatives of brand/marketing communication strategy, market trends & competitor’s trend/analysis

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sr. Director of Strategic Planning to lead the creation of a high-quality strategic plan that delivers maximum value and the lowest cost. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, integrating, and articulating the go-forward Tech Strategy in collaboration with Global Technology leaders. You will translate this strategy into an integrated Global Tech strategic roadmap across towers, markets, and segments and collaborate with tower leaders to estimate the capacity required for tech workloads and products. Additionally, you will design and operationalize enterprise prioritization processes, business case development, and value realization for Global Tech.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in strategy creation, design, and articulation, and possess deep communication and influencing skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, integrate and articulate go-forward Tech Strategy in collaboration with Global Technology leaders
• Translate the tech strategy into integrated Global Tech strategic roadmap across towers, markets, and segments
• Based on strategy and roadmap, collaborate with tower leaders to estimate capacity required (esp. for managed services vendors) for tech workloads and products
• Design and operationalize enterprise prioritization process, business case development and value realization for Global Tech
• Drive reporting and analytics to track effectiveness of allocation and value realization of large tech programs
• Develop and operationalize portfolio health and governance processes to ensure early visibility to execution or budget risk

A Copywriter may be the only writer on a project, may be supervising a junior writer, or may be working side by side with other writers. In any case, they are expected to take responsibility for the quality of any copywriting deliverable in which they have a hand, ensuring that it meets standards for creative excellence and client satisfaction.

• Ideate, write and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals in both Bahasa and the English language. 
• Establishes visual tone, character, and messages that will effectively communicate with the target audience and fulfill the project objectives
• Present, share and review creative work with Executive Creative Director/s, Account Management and Planning Leads as well as members of the Management Team
• Manage projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
• Collaborate effectively with Account Management, Planning and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic work

The Role of the Creative Group Head

The Creative group Head reports to the CD and is responsible for creative leadership of Publicis Groupe, you will work alongside the CDs.  This role is a senior creative role and as such the creative vision and influence of the Creative Group Head will be felt across the entire group.  (As the agency moves toward a more integrated way of working, this influence may become more formalized depending upon the interest/skill set of the Creative Group Head.)
