What will you do?

In this position, you will join our growing Indonesia Built Environment business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of building and infrastructure projects.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it is the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

• Produce designs, documentation reports, proposals, and specifications, perform calculation and analysis to meet client requirements for projects of reasonable complexity. 

• Contribute to project planning. 

• Assume responsibility for planning and managing resources of small projects or parts of larger projects.  

• Performing clarification and technical meeting. 

• Execute feasibility studies, project definition, concept design, specifications, and design documentation

• Coordinating with drafter in term of drafting checking. 

• Providing design reviews of electrical project proposals.

• Assisting in the preparation of fee proposals, tenders, specifications etc.

• Assisting in tender evaluation for expressions of interest and capital works tenders, both technically and commercially.

• Complete analysis and design of power, lighting, lightning, earthing system, communications services.  

• Prepare submission procedures and design standards.

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following: 

• Required - degree in a relevant professional field

• 10+ years’ relevant professional/technical experience and/or specialization in buildings/industrial buildings

• Experience in Data Centre or Telecommunications is preferred but not mandatory

• Demonstrated leadership and team management ability

• High level engineering consulting and client management skills

• Experienced in the delivery of major and/or complex design projects to blue chip clients

• Excellent communicator (in both English and Bahasa) with well-developed commercial, analytical, and technical skills

• Sense-making communication skills, being able to explain complex engineering designs and solutions to non-technical audiences

• Experienced in delivering innovative and complex commercial building projects in a fast paced environment

• Experience or interest in managing projects from strategic and detailed planning, concept and detailed design

• Coordination and discussion with local power authority PLN

Strategy and Planning

1. Membuat/menentukan sasaran kerja Credit Inspection & Valuation Support serta mengevaluasi hasil yang dicapai dan membuat perbaikan apabila diperlukan untuk memastikan hasil yang optimal sesuai goals yang ditetapkan.
2. Mengkomunikasikan atau memberikan arahan secara jelas terkait perencanaan yang diterapkan kepada seluruh unit kerja di bawahnya dan kepada unit bisnis.

Business Performance and Management

1. Memastikan proses penilaian jaminan yang dilakukan KJPP Rekanan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku serta sesuai dengan Service Level Agreement.
2. Melakukan Monitoring dan Review terkait keseluruhan Proses :

• Penilaian Jaminan
• Penilaian Merchandise (Di-Fi)
• Merchandise Investigation
• Field Investigation

1. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap ketentuan dan prosedur pemberian kredit yang berlaku baik internal maupun eksternal serta senantiasa memperhatikan prinsip kehati-hatian dan aspek kewajaran dengan tetap memperhatikan aspek Resiko Kredit, Resiko Operational, Resiko Financial, Resiko Hukum, Resiko Reputasi  pada pelaksanaan kerja di bawah koordinasinya
2. Secara berkala melakukan review proses kerja untuk mendapatkan yang terbaik bagi supported Business Unit sesuai ketentuan dan kebijakan yang berlaku.

People Management

1. Menilai prestasi karyawan yang disupervisi secara langsung dan mengembangkan ketrampilan melalui motivasi, pendidikan dan latihan untuk memastikan tingkat kompetensi dan produktivitas karyawan
2. Membuat model perencanaan kapasitas (capacity planning analysis) untuk memperkirakan kebutuhan FTE/staff.

Regulatory Compliance

1. Menerima dan memberikan masukan, mengevaluasi, menganalisa serta membuat rencana pelaksanaan perbaikan yang berkesinambungan guna mencapai kinerja yang optimal, konsisten dengan resiko yang minimal.
2. Bersinergi dengan group terkait untuk mencegah terjadinya kesalahan proses terkait kredit (melindungi asset) dan Resiko Operasional.

Melakukan penagihan kepada debitur Mortgage dan atau Auto untuk meminimalisasi NPL dan memaksimalkan reduction sesuai target yang ditetapkan

Financial Responsibilities  :

• Memastikan produktivitas cabang dalam melakukan referral & cross selling produk/ layanan tertentu untuk pencapaian target Individu & Team 

Operational Responsibilities :

• Bertanggung jawab atas transaksi : Pembukaan dan Penutupan Rekening ; Pembuatan dan Penerbitan Cek/BG, Bilyet Deposito dan Print Certificate, Buku Tabungan dan Kartu ATM ; Safe Deposit Box (SDB); Pengkinian Data CIF sehubungan pelaksanaan KYC/AML ; dan Blokir/Buka Blokir Rekening, Hold Dana Rekening sesuai instruksi nasabah dan persyaratan dokumen berlaku.
• Melakukan analisa dan mitigasi risiko atas seluruh proses transaksi dari nasabah agar berlangsung secara lancar dan prudent.
• Menindaklanjuti hasil Finding Audit internal/eksternal dan QA Finding sesuai dengan waktu yang ditetapkan.
• Memastikan konsistensi penggunaan seluruh sistem dan pelaporan melalui aplikasi CST, TST, DHN, OMPK dan AML/KYC
• Melakukan tertib administrasi, menjaga kerahasiaan data nasabah, tertib pengelolaan dokumen nasabah dan surat berharga, menjaga kerahasiaan password dan aktivitas kontrol lainnya & membuat laporan sesuai kebutuhan.

Service Responsibilities :

• Bertanggung jawab atas Penanganan pengaduan nasabah
• Bertanggung jawab atas Proses KYC dan AML
• Memberikan layanan terbaik sesuai standard dan nilai layanan yang ditetapkan perusahaan, serta mencapai target pengukuran kualitas layanan baik eksternal ataupun internal .
• Menerima, menangani & menyelesaikan masalah atau pengaduan nasabah dan memastikan penanganan pengaduan nasabah telah dicatat, ditindaklanjuti, dan diselesaikan sesuai dengan standar, prosedur, dan SLA yang berlaku.
