• Conduct visits and surveys to customers and collect required documentation to check customer eligibility.
• Thoroughly analyzing collateral condition (car or vehicle) and giving recommendations in system on the car appraisal.
• Commit to the target number of visits as well as committed to SLA processing time.
• Performing know-your-customer (KYC) process, document authentication, verification, and fraud detection.
• Inspect and swipe the frame machine number of car (validity checking) and safely take the original BPKB to do blocking in administration service office (Samsat).
• Ensuring all the documents and checking verification has completed with a good quality report.

• At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university.
• Having experience minimum of 1 - 2 years as a surveyor/appraisal/analyst in financial institution.
• Possess good knowledge of car condition (body, engine, interior, and exterior).
• Able to work under target in field.
• Having experience in credit or lending companies will be good.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Drive key projects related to new licensing with Bank Indonesia, OJK, Bappebti, or other applicable regulators
• Stay up-to-date with new and updates to current regulations, assess and interpret the impact on our business
• Liaise with different stakeholders to drive the necessary changes to comply with the law and regulations
• Develop and implement compliance monitoring program, including setting up systems to ensure compliance to Anti-Bribery & Corruption and AML-CFT (APU-PPT) regulations

• Consult and advise the client how to maximize the possibility to reach success in hiring, by providing the market tendency and information.
• Share the full information with Career Advisor team and contribute with them to provide the suitable quantity of candidate CVs with required quality.
