Position purpose:
·      Lead and manage our sales operations across various retail channels, including department stores, account management, chain stores, and specialty beauty stores.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategize, implement, and oversee the national sales strategy for fragrances and skincare products in alignment with company objectives.
- Manage and expand the distribution of products across department stores, beauty retail chains, and other channels.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring clear targets and high performance across all regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and department store, negotiating terms and securing prime product placements.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts, analyze market trends, and generate reports to track the performance of all product lines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan in-store promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns to drive sales.
- Maintain and ensure the sales training to department store staff and retail partners to have product knowledge and high standards of customer service.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal inventory levels across all sales channels. Manage sales budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Continuously monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, specifically within luxury fragrances, skincare, or beauty industries.
- Min. bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience managing sales in department stores, beauty retailers, and other relevant channels.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and drive a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with key retail partners and department stores.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, and using data to drive business decisions.
- Passion for luxury beauty products with a customer-centric approach to sales and service.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to both internal teams and external accounts.
- Willingness to travel domestically as needed to meet with retail partners and visit store locations.
