• Merancang dan melaksanakan jadwal kerja untuk staf kelistrikan.
• Memberikan motivasi dan bantuan bila diperlukan.
• Memeriksa dan menilai pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh staf listrik.
• Membaca dan menafsirkan skema desain untuk memastikan pemasangan sistem kelistrikan yang benar.
• Memperbaiki dan memelihara peralatan listrik.
• Mengawasi pembelian dan pemeliharaan peralatan listrik di lokasi.
• Memastikan pekerjaan selesai sesuai jadwal 

• Melakukan kunjungan langsung kepada debitur dengan usia tunggakan 4 – 30, 31 - 60 hari dengan melakukan validasi kondisi, analisa, penagihan, pelacakan serta melakukan follow up pembayaran nasabah dan memastikan pembayaran nasabah sudah terinput ke sistem sehingga kualitas AR dalam periode tersebut sesuai dengan target yang telah ditetapkan
• Menjaga kualitas pembayaran debitur agar selalu tepat waktu, meminimalisasi kerugian perusahaan yang diakibatkan debitur wanprestasi, melakukan resurvey atau informasi yang valid mengenai adanya pelanggaran proses kerja dari tim marketing dan kredit sebagai bagian dari budaya anti-fraud management

• Researching and creating weekly two-wheeler market news (OEM, regulation, mobility trends and start up, and potential customers).
• Assisting with research and cultivate information related to two-wheeler.
• Supporting in administrative duties related with two-wheeler division
• Supporting marketing activities
• Supporting market research based on data

Finance & Accounts 

• Responsible for maintaining all accounting & tax records, implementing budgetary and other systems for internal control, preparing financial reports and interacting with the business or corporate financial function.

• Coordinate the accounting and tax activities of the assigned area with other departments.

• Organize work processes, methods and procedures; establish and monitor controls to evaluate unit performance.

• Ensure all tasks are assigned and performed on time.  Prioritize time to focus on the biggest issues. 

• Ensure that all financial reports are prepared and submitted to senior management and governmental agencies as required.

• Direct the preparation of accounting entries to the general ledger and ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information, forecasts and analyses.

• Coordinate the month-end and year-end close process in accordance with corporate accounting methods and timetables.

• Review expenditures of assigned areas to ensure compliance with established expense control procedures of the corporation and the operating plan.

• Review the internal accounting controls of the division to ensure compliance with corporate, SEC and regulatory policies and procedures.
