PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

1. Forecasting

• Ensure accuracy of product forecast and timely submissions. (Measures: launch tracking)

2. Product Registration

• Ensure close liaison with Central Registration support team so that products can be launch in line with ASPAC launch date. (Measures: On shelf date)

3. Product Assortment

• Close monitoring of competitor’s product assortment and thereby identify our key priorities in Indonesia to gain market share. (Measures: monthly tracking)

4. Product Listing

• Work closely with sales team to ensure products are listed into key retailer’s assortment in a timely manner (measures: Retailer’s On shelf date)

5. Product Merchandising

• Work closely with merchandising team to ensure planograms are fully optimized and carrying the right assortment for each door (measures: presence rate)

6. Management on non-sellable items

• Sampling management: ensure the right mix of samples to help achieve business objective. Work closely with sales team to ensure the right guideline for sampling is disseminated and followed closely by BCs
• GWP/Gifts management: utilizing GWP to drive higher basket purchase and create buzz to drive traffic to store.

7. Pricing

• Review and analyze central’s recommendation of prices for new products. Ensure the pricing is competitive and in line with regional parity & local competitiveness. Review annual price increase with central team to ensure our prices stay competitive in the market.

CRM

1. Planning & Execution of CRM initiatives including Rollout of new communication platforms in Indonesia, Client EDM management and client events & reward programs. 

2. Identify opportunities and weakness; and take pro-active action on the following:

• Increase recruitment rate
• Retention for customers by developing trial and loyalty
• Improve cross-selling

The role

As a CRM & Loyalty Executive on the Customer Marketing team at Love, Bonito, you will be the advocate for our customers, ensuring their voices are heard and reflected in all aspects of our CRM and loyalty efforts. Position Objective

To accelerate SK-II business and strengthen brand presence across all OMNI channels with effective strategies and implementation with right criteria to fit with our brand DNA and values.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees including statutory contributions and income tax reporting.

• Manage tax and withholding records and deductions for all federal, state, local, or other corporate taxes that affect payroll amounts.

• Assist with tackling HR related issues and questions such as payroll inquiries, compensation and benefits administration. 
• Manage the invoice submission of government-related applications including internship grant applications, labor market surveys, claims, training administration, tax clearances etc.
• Assist with the administration of BIPO, Connecteam, Salary Board, and other new tools (i.e. scheduling, time attendance) that are implemented. 
• Keep abreast of any relevant legislation changes especially related to payroll and tax of Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Philippines and ensure the team is updated. 
• Support the country teams in the standardization of SOPs.

Requirements & Experiences :

• 2+ years of relevant HR experience with a good grasp of HR operations and past payroll processing experience.

• Championing the payroll processing and understanding Indonesia’s payroll law is a must! Understanding Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines and Singapore are a plus.

Position Purpose:

To assist the Brand/Business Manager in implementing Sales & Marketing objectives through Marketing activities i.e. pre-launch, launch, digital, social media and PR activities, store management, event and market & data analysis to drive the brand equity.

To conducts market research to forecast emerging market needs relevant to the organization and ensure compliance of the brand identity throughout the organization

Description of Duties:

• Responsible for brand building, production of in-house promotional materials and publications, preparing press releases, organizing promotional activities.
• Brand sales analysis and follow-up for strategy implementation
• Keep up to date with market trends and new developments, customer feedbacks and complaints utilizing information for business improvement.
• Formulating and implementing trade/marketing strategies.
• Execution of trade and promotional activities
• Providing market analysis information pertaining to competitors, trends and activities
• Responsible develop marketing strategy & activities to build up the product/Brand
• Collaborate with sales team to achieve and exceed business target by developing a strong product strategy, launching new product, product position, and pricing strategies
• Conduct research to identify emerging trends of consumers.
• Design, collect and analyze customer satisfaction and feedback.
• Execute activities to communicate business value proposition to customers
• Implement innovation campaigns to drive higher customer retention and loyalty.
• Maintain customer acquisition and retention programs.
• Monitor effectiveness of programs.
• Monitor product quality, design and brand alignment.
• Review effectiveness of brand campaigns.

Education & Experience:

• 3 years’ experience in the retail industry preferably in high-end and luxury fragrances or cosmetics/beauty, with experience in marketing
• University graduate in Business Management and/or Marketing

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
• Strong passion for working in the Luxury Cosmetic and Skincare Industry
• Project Management
• Multi-tasking & adaptable in multicultural environment
• Brand and commercial sensitivity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint). Some knowledge in design editing software is advantageous.
• Excellent negotiation skills
