Responsible for the entire operations, staffing and equipment of the Housekeeping Department
Delegates to and supervise all staff within the Department and assist them in preparing work
schedules.
Conforms to and enface policies & procedures and rules & regulations as laid down by ACCOR

• Manage the capture and entry of Sales contract information into CRM/ invoicing system
• Manage the handing over of Sale information and customer requirements (via Salesforce) to the Event Operations and Brand teams
• Support Finance in resolving bad debt customers as a final escalation point

• Bachelor degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 years experiences as Key Account Executive preferably on FMCG industry.
• Excellent in negotiation skill and dealing.
• Good communication, interpersonal skill, analytical and self driven.
• Having knowledge in account management (related with trading term: trade promotion, store, activiation, and capability negotiation).
• Available to be placed in any area.
