Some of your duties will include:

·        Responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising the work of a contracted security group including the management of all security administrative affairs at the respective sites allocated and will be responsible for the investigation of alleged or suspected offences and threats to company property, operations, and personnel.

The Security Operations Engineer is responsible for the deployment, configuration, management, and maintenance of security solutions in our organization, ensuring that the organization's security systems are functioning correctly and that any vulnerabilities are identified and addressed. The Staff, Finance Operations will serve as a finance business partner to our Indonesia business team, overseeing the end-to-end business operation process. The Role

As a member of our Global Shared Service team, you will be reporting and working closely with our People Operations Manager to play a crucial role in supporting the People Operations team by managing the employee lifecycle, providing responsive support to employee inquiries, and maintaining HR systems. • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Sales Manager or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• Act as the employee liaison for their questions and concerns related to the company policy and employment
• Responsible to follow up and process probations and contract renewals
• Administer leave requests; check for allowance, eligibility, and enforce policy
• Advise people managers in handling special employee situations
• Support HR Manager in the paperwork for promotions, demotions, and terminations
• Support HR Manager in collecting data and documents for compliance
• Support on-boarding and off-boarding process

What you will do, but not limited to:

●       Run all operational tasks from the learning program including student management, learning tools management, data, and document management.

●       Ensuring student learning journeys meet with the learning planned.

●       Maintaining student engagement during the learning process.

●       Following up on student feedback with the stakeholders.

●       Managing learning facilitators team.

●       Conduct the post-learning activities including student graduation, student report, and mentor rating.

●       Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree; any major may apply.

●       Having 2+ years of experience in student services, faculty services, or similar roles.

●       Well-organized and have good attention to detail.

●       Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

●       Experienced in managing a team/group.
