Director of Revenue Management

General Duties

3. Ensure that the plants are full listing is available and fully updated for a proper schedule of preventive maintenance. 
4. Liaise with project team on preventive maintenance whenever is necessary.

·        Menjalin Kerjasama Perusahaan baru diluar rekanan klinik dengan target 3 Perusahaan baru setiap bulan (MOU Perusahaan)

·        Menjalin Kerjasama dengan Agency Asuransi atau Klinik rekanan yang sesuai dengan kriteria Klinik Sahid

·        Menjalin Kerjasama MCU Perusahaan baik calon karyawan maupun Annual

·        Memfollow Up Penawaran Kerjasama baik Pelayanan Kesehatan maupun penunjang medis dengan baik & tepat sasaran

·        Membuat fee rekanan asuransi & perusahaan yang telah bekerjasama

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

• Bertanggung jawab untuk mencapai target;
• Melakukan kunjungan bersama ke toko grosir berpotensial dengan melakukan kunjungan secara individual maupun tim;
• Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan mengenai pipeline, submission, dan disbursement ke Area Manager;
• Membuat relasi yang baik dengan toko grosir yang ada.

Kriteria :

• Memiliki pengalaman min. 2 tahun sebagai Koordinator/Team Leader dari industri FMCG/SME Banking, atau memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dibidangnya;
• Memiliki hubungan bisnis yang baik dengan wholesaler/distributor FMCG di area Sukabumi/Cianjur;
• Target oriented;
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan berjualan yang baik;
• Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM;
• Penempatan di Sukabumi/Cianjur dan Remote Working (WFH).
