Main Responsibilities

PR : Influencer & Community Pillar

Outreach & Strategy :

• Research and brainstorm on new potential influencer names that fits to Love, Bonito Indonesia’s brand image, collection styles and campaign objective 
• Plan weekly influencer line-up based on historical traffic target (under guidance of manager)
• Help to do KOL outreach (existing and new), negotiate rate (based on historical guide) and posting date based on SOW (statement of work) 
• In doing communication and KOL outreach, intern should maintain good relationship with existing and new KOL by displaying prompt and accommodative communication

Administrative :

• Input and monitor KOL seeding request to Operations team to be completed in timely manner before KOL posting date 
• Generate and share customised UTM/ track links to KOL 
• Share content brief to KOL 
• Update KOL names (posting date & rate) and clothing selections on tracker 
• Daily monitoring of KOL posting & report KOL posting performance to manager (timeline of posting, check on content quality, check UTM links) 

Ad Hoc :

• Assist & stand by for offline events and photoshoot 
• Request and be the PIC responsible for clothing lending for influencers/ muses/ internal team 
• Assist to contact external vendors (for PR/ social-related vendors) 
• Give fresh and innovative ideas based on current trends to support offline event planning & ideation 
• I.e: event activity, venue, F&B vendors, etc 

Social Media Pillar : Instagram

Social Media Measurement analyst (Rapid response)

We are looking for a Social Media Measurement Analyst to join our team and work on our technology client. The analyst will identify, monitor, escalate, and report emerging social media trends. Additionally, the analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to quantify conversations about the brand, recommend optimisations, and scale the program across different products and regions. They will also play a crucial role in identifying, monitoring, and reporting on reputational issues on social media. Role:

Trend Monitoring and Reporting

• Manage proactive monitoring systems to identify and respond to emerging social media trends using Brandwatch, Sprinklr, NewsWhip, and Tubular.

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising or related industry; preferably both agency and in-house experience, managing social presence and strategy for global brands, ideally in the technology space. 
• You’ve ideally held a Social Media Strategist, Digital Strategist or a Social Media Manager and /or a Social Media Marketing Manager role in the past while working with external creative and social agencies. 
• You’ve ideally held a Social Media Strategist, Digital Strategist or a Social Media Manager and /or a Social Media Marketing Manager role in the past while working with external creative and social agencies. 
• A strategic and creative thinker who is able to navigate around an always-on social landscape.
• Prior experience managing end to end social media projects from strategy to execution, including localised content creation and copywriting, community management, localised, tracking and reporting.
• Strong technical knowledge of social platforms, paid media, content strategy and community management.
• Solid project management experience, managing complex and dynamic social projects from start to finish and coordinating communication and assets across multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Proficient understanding of social media analytics and experience with a social media publishing tool like Sprinklr, Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
• Ability to bring order and attention to detail to complex stages of each project.
• Prior experience with communicating with local and geographically dispersed stakeholders to deliver clear instructions and messaging.
• Passionate about working as part of a larger team to deliver on a common goal.

• Develop communications strategies that support Visa’s business objectives and drive growth in Indonesia 
• Develop communications programs that demonstrate the value of Visa to everyone, everywhere
• Lead the development and delivery of informative and engaging employee communications activities including employee communications programs and staff volunteering events
• Drive Visa’s Social Impact program in Indonesia
• Support the execution of Visa’s media relations programs across the markets including:
  • Developing the strategy and managing the execution of media engagements
  • Identifying and maximizing opportunities to enhance Visa’s profile in the media 
  • Developing content to promote Visa’s brand, technical and industry leadership, new products and services
  • Establishing and maintaining close relationships with journalists across general, business, lifestyle and technology media 
  • Ensuring spokespeople are well briefed and trained to deliver key messages

  • Creating opportunities for the Country Manager and other key management to obtain high, positive profiling in top tier broadcast, print and digital media 
• Provide executive communication support to the Country Manager across a variety of internal, external, client, and media communications opportunities  
• Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure corporate communications and marketing programs are aligned and a coordinated approach is being taken to leverage Visa’s assets across the markets 
• Partner with Visa’s in-market PR agency to successfully deliver communications programs across the region
• Work with the Government Engagement function to support Visa’s public policy position 

• Develop and execute social media strategy to enhance brand identity
• Manage multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram
• Create engaging and informative social media content, ensuring consistency and brand integrity
• Identify and engage with industry-specific KOLs to drive brand collaborations and partnerships
• Analyze and report on social media and KOL campaign performance to optimize future strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, sales, product development, etc.) to align social media and KOL initiatives with overall business goals

• Proven as a Social Media Manager or similar role at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced digital marketing environment
• A pro at navigating the evolving Indonesian influencer landscape and identifying the perfect KOL fit
• Have experience working in startups or marketing agencies
• Can rock a mean TikTok dance move (optional, but definitely impressive!)
• Able to use design & creative tools like Canva, Adobe
• Comfortable creating content in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to cater to our diverse audience
• Familiarity with industry-specific KOLs and ability to establish and maintain relationships with them
• A creative powerhouse with a knack for crafting viral-worthy content that resonates with local audiences
