We are looking for an experienced Factory Production Manager to join our team. The Factory Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process in our factory, ensuring efficiency and productivity while maintaining high-quality standards.

What you will do but not limited to:

• Oversee all aspects of the palm sugar factory operations, including production planning, quality control, inventory management, and maintenance. 

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and safe operations. 

• Lead and manage a team of factory staff, including training, shifting, and performance evaluations. 

• Monitor production output and implement measures to improve productivity and efficiency. 

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and certifications.

Position Purpose:

To assist the Brand/Business Manager in implementing Sales & Marketing objectives through Marketing activities i.e. pre-launch, launch, digital, social media and PR activities, store management, event and market & data analysis to drive the brand equity.
