We are looking for an experienced Procurement and Logistics Manager for their growing team in Indonesia.

Job Requirements

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize procurement processes.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers/vendors that align with the company's quality and cost requirements. Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure favorable pricing and delivery terms.
• Implement efficient procurement processes and procedures inline with the standard procurement procedure and processes.  Establish procurement guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to payment. Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including functional heads and senior management, to understand their procurement needs and requirements
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to support effective procurement practices.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in English, Excellent Level
• Proven experience in procurement management, preferably in a leadership role more than 7 years
• Strong understanding of procurement principles, processes, and best practices
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in procurement software SAP MM module and MS Office

The Procurement Officer (“Admin”) is responsible for the administrative works of Procurement such as Purchase Order creation & distribution and maintaining internal Tracker to help the operational business of the Company.

Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Order (PO) as required by the Procurement Buyer
• Send PO to Vendor by email & ensure the Vendor received the email
• Manage the end-to-end administrative process of Vendor Management to fulfill the Users and/or Regulatory needs, such as Vendor Registration
• Proactively liaise with the Procurement Buyer for the Purchase Order purpose
• Maintain the internal Tracker for end-to-end PR to PO journey for SLA & Saving reporting

• Minimum Diploma 3 in any major 
• No Minimum of years of experience as an Officer or Admin Purchasing/Procurement
• MS excel mastery, familiar with SAP is plus point
• Preferably have excellent communication skill including negotiation and presentation 
• Teamwork player
• Able to understand stakeholder needs, analyze their needs and be a solution-oriented person.
• Eager to learn new things and challenge
• Detail oriented

• Responsible for procurement life-cycle and vendor management for marketing, work equipment, IT assets and services, and various ready-made or custom materials and services
• Negotiate contracts with key suppliers, including costs and terms of supply, service, and quality while working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop, implement and manage an annual vendor review process and an ongoing vendor approval process
• Analyze spend to develop cost reduction road maps and strategies
• Work with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the company
• Manage vendor onboarding and verification, and ensure NDAs are set in place to protect company information

• Membuat & upadate dashboard penawaran dan procurement dari source data S&OP
• Memonitor proses procurement dari Penawaran-inbound secara harian, mingguan dan bulanan
• Menggali insight/ issue dari pencapaian KPI tim, membuat report dan dapat memberikan rekomendasi planning berdasarkan temuan tersebut
• Berkomunikasi dengan divisi lain yang berhubungan dengan procurement
• Memastikan dan melengkapi dokumen vendor sebelum dan setelah transaksi
• Menganalisa performa vendor, harga beli dan situasi pasar
• Memastikan end to end process Procurement berjalan sesuai dengan SLA
• Membuat pengajuan terkait budget bulanan tim Procurement dan report dari aktualisasi penggunaan
• Kolaborasi dengan Procurement tim di lapangan

• Menentukan level inventory yang mana terhadap operasional
• Analisa minimal dan maksimal sediaan
• Analisa tingkat kewajaran nilai Inventory
• Analisa terhadap barang-barang surplus atau barang yang pergerakannya lambat dan rekomendasi tindakan yang diperlukan
• Analisa terhadap barang-barang yang berpotensi stock mati

To manage and conduct purchasing business process.

• Monitor  and co - ordinates on materials shortages, expediting and ensuring availability to support production plan
• Maintain and improve system, process and workflow to maximize accurate inventory records
• Check and ensure completeness and consistence of purchase orders, contracts and shipping list for the entire for the inventory process
• Track order and investigate problems
• Ensure the whole supply chain is in order so as to smoothen the operation
