Executive Housekeeper

What you will be doing:

• Compile and update Standard Operating Procedures for all areas of responsibility periodically
• Ensure that all auditing and reporting standards are conveyed to staff and adhered to
• Ensure that guests enjoy impeccable housekeeping product and that services offered by team members are offered in a timely manner
• Conduct quality control inspections of all areas of the hotel and share results with the team
• Work with Chief Engineer to maintain areas of the hotel to the highest standards and assist in scheduling periodic property maintenance followed by spring-cleaning
• Manage all outside contractors relating to his/her department ensuring that they follow all hotel policies
• Oversee operations of Laundry and Linen, Flower and Decoration, and Butler Service

Executive Assistant Manager F&B

Executive Lounge Manager

What you will be doing:

• Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
• Conduct cleaning and quality checks of all equipment, glassware, cutlery, chinaware, napkins etc. during the set-up of the executive lounge
• After the set-up and before the arrival of guests, and also during a new set-up within the service time, she/he must check the quality of the set-up and ensure a welcoming appearance
• Coordinate with the Guest Relations team to ensure professional and engaging service to all guests in the lounge
• Cary out the end of day closing of the lounge and ensures that all cashiering duties are performed in line with the procedures
• At the end of the shift or the day, she/he has to communicate all information that the next shift staff has to know for smooth running of the operations
• Escorts guests to their tables and recommends food and beverage items, and special promotions if available
• Conducts an efficient and courteous service to the VIP guests
• Manage day-to-day operations efficiently, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Implement and enforce operational procedures to maintain a seamless and well-organized executive lounge environment.

• Work with group contacts to facilitate program planning and requirements
• Communicate group needs and specifications to all relevant departments
• Follow up with Post-Conference reports and review group billings
• Input all group bookings and update booking activities in the system on a weekly basis
• Prepare reports, maintain proper records and filing system in accordance to hotel’s sales administration process
• Arrange site inspections for potential clients
• Promote positive relations with clients and attend to all requests expediently and courteously
• Acknowledge and handle clients’ complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently. Report incidents or other irregularities to management
• Up-sell and promote hotel’s facilities and services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue
