The Sales Operations Executive will primarily support a Sales team, who could be selling multiple brands/products across regions. - Develop clear sampling and GWP strategies for skincare category

5. MEDIA

- Craft skincare media brief base on skincare objectives and work with internal media digital team to ensure proper execution & optimization of campaigns together with the help of agency.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Qualified University/College degree
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
• Min 5 years’ experience in CRM/ Product Marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands on experience with CRM software/ system is preferred
• Prior internships in luxury brands industry is preferred

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Act as the contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Tanggung jawab sehari-hari

• Melakukan pemenuhan (piking dan paking) setiap hari untuk order customer online dan mampu memastikan setiap paket pesanan sesuai dengan invoice.
• Melakukan pemenuhan (piking dan paking) setiap hari untuk transfer barang masuk dan keluar, serta mampu mendata setiap barang masuk dan keluar dengan baik.
• Melakukan stock opname dan penelusuran hasil stock opname untuk seluruh warehouse.
