The Role

As part of our pioneer team, you will play an important role in interacting with guests directly to provide services and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services in our store. Main Responsibilities

• Create excitement in our product launches, workshops, and events for our guests.

Job Purpose

To perform sales and marketing duties in supporting the responsibilities of the Director of Sales & Marketing by implementing the Marketing Plan as a tool to achieve the set goals.

Primary Responsibilities ​​​​​​​

• Maintain and develop business with existing and new customers on behalf of Raffles Bali

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Sales Operations Executive will primarily support a Sales team, who could be selling multiple brands/products across regions. The role will drive consistency and quality in the Sales teams and act as a key link between the Sales function and the events team. They will provide structured sales administration, Salesforce (CRM) support, data analysis & investigation, reporting, and data management /entry support. As the Sales teams develop, the role will also become involved in campaign management, and informing the CRM team of priorities for future development of our new Salesforce system to then act as a key testing group.

• Membantu dealer dalam proses transaksi pembelian (buyout) dan penjualan (sellout).
• Mempertahankan hubungan yang baik dengan dealer partner.
• Melakukan pemantauan inventaris unit di dealer partner.

• Minimal lulusan SMA/SMK atau setara.
• Wajib memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai sales di perusahaan multifinance/otomotif/perbankan/koperasi/asuransi.
• Memiliki kemampuan dalam menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan dealer kendaraan.
• Memiliki integritas tinggi dan kemampuan kerjasama yang baik.
• Terbiasa bekerja dengan target penjualan.
• Memiliki kendaraan bermotor dan SIM C.
