Requirements:

• Minimum education S1, all majors
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a sales manager and ever worked in Shoes/Garment/Label industrial is prefer

The Duty Manager also supervises check-ins and check-outs, enforces hotel policies, and resolves any operational challenges. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential. Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role is preferred.
