What you will be doing:

Duty Manager responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment for employees. Main Responsibilities for Sales Assistant (Brand Ambassador)

• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on color, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs.

Position Purpose:

The Assistant Brand Manager will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, public relations, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. • Sell the WSE language course to prospective members using the WSE sales methodology
• Engage and communicate with guests and/or potential customers.
• Deliver prepared communication or conversation that describe WSE product or services, in order to persuade prospects or potential customers and gain their trust to come to Wall Street English centres.
• Build and develop a good relationship with the guests.
• Go above-and-beyond to reach individual and team's target.
• Training days will be 5-6 days a week, days off may not be on weekends.

• Preferably min. 1 year B2C sales experience
• Ambitious, self-motivated, disciplined and result-oriented

Job Description

• Lead and manage the UX and design team, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day work
• Create and implement UX strategies and design principles to enhance the user experience of our products
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements and features
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to gain insights and validate design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows
• Ensure consistency and adherence to design guidelines and brand standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX and design
• Mentor and coach team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Manage relationships with external design agencies and freelancers, as needed
• Lead design review sessions and facilitate cross-team collaboration

• Minimum 7 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or related fields
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful design projects and expertise in user-centered design
• Proven experience in leading and managing design teams
• Expertise in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Technology, or a related field
