Main Responsibilities for Sales Assistant

• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on color, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs.
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colors, sizes, and quantities on the floor.

• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms.

• Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, as well as support all stocktake exercises.

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Female, minimum 18 years old (students are welcome!)
• Good working knowledge of Ms. Word, Excel, Google Drive, and POS payment system.
• Ability to communicate in English is preferred (expected to have foreign tourists in our store!).
• Able to represent Love, Bonito’s unique proposition.
• Able to get things done effectively and professionally.
• Trustworthy and take a great responsibility in fulfilling all the tasks given.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively with various teams.
• Able for work duration of 6 months, with minimum 30 & maximum 40 hours per week (you may choose for daily working duration, can be 4-8 hours).

1. Merencanakan, menentukan jadwal dan melakukan KUNJUNGAN KERJA kepada para pelanggan yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya sesuai dengan prioritas permasalahannya

3. Mendampingi PRINSIPAL yang datang berkunjung. Merencanakan, menentukan dan membuat jadual dan janji kunjungan ke para pelanggan sesuai maksud dan tujuan Prinsipal
4. Membuat LAPORAN HASIL KUNJUNGAN KERJA atas kunjungan yang telah dilakukan dan berkoordinasi dengan pihak terkait untuk dapat ditindak-lanjuti permasalahannya

Melaksanakan KOORDINASI dengan pihak-pihak lain yang terkait (teknik, administrasi, ekspedisi, collection dll) untuk memastikan terpenuhinya HARAPAN/PERMINTAAN pelanggan  Menyampaikan INFORMASI (pelanggan/kompetitor) dan bersama atasan, menentukan harga jual produk, sistim penjualan atau promosi dll. untuk memastikan tercapainya target penjualan Membuat PROGRAM KERJA Mingguan dan Bulanan sebagai bagian perencanaan dan dasar kegiatan penjualan yang akan dilaksanakan pada hari-hari mendatang

The Marketing Communication Manager supports the marketing and communications strategies for Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera, helping enhance the hotel's brand image, reach target audiences, and increase bookings and guest engagement. This role works closely with the Marketing Communication Manager to implement campaigns, manage digital channels, oversee content creation, and build relationships with media, influencers, and other relevant partners. Key focus areas include social media, content marketing, email campaigns, public relations, and guest communication.

• Meet or exceed revenue targets for assigned Sales through strategic engagement of customers
• Sell products to assigned customer Sales, managing a larger number of lower revenue customers depending on the market and brand
• Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships through demonstrating a detailed understanding of customer business strategy and needs
