What will you do?

As a Demand Planning & Forecasting Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our supply chain and business operations. You’ll be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and coordinating cross-functional teams to align procurement, fulfillment, and financial plans. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Commercial team to develop accurate and effective demand forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
• Support management with risk assessments and develop strategies for mitigating potential challenges.

• Clearly communicate key demand forecast elements (baseline, marketing pushes, seasonality, new area expansions, etc.) to leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on key changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
• Work closely with the Procurement team to develop monthly procurement plans and schedules, ensuring target inventory levels are aligned with demand forecasts.
• Coordinate with the Fulfillment team to manage capacity and schedule inbound and outbound activities.
• Collaborate with Finance to finalize monthly P&L and capital requirement plans.
• Manage the monthly demand, supply, and financial planning process.
• Lead daily cross-functional execution, ensuring monthly plans are executed smoothly.
