• Coordinate with the Fulfillment team to manage capacity and schedule inbound and outbound activities.
• Collaborate with Finance to finalize monthly P&L and capital requirement plans.
• Manage the monthly demand, supply, and financial planning process.
• Lead daily cross-functional execution, ensuring monthly plans are executed smoothly.

Uraian Tugas

• Mencari pelanggan baru untuk pencapaian target dan perluasan bisnis.
• Melakukan pemasaran B2B mauapun B2C.
• Menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan Pelanggan.
• Membuat perencanaan dan pelaksanaan penjualan.
• Memahami Produk perusahaan.
• Melakukan perjalanan dinas seperti pameran atau kunjungan pada pihak pelanggan.
• Melakukan proses sales end to end (mencari buyer sampai memastikan selesainya pembayaran).
• Melakukan identifikasi, kualifikasi, dan hubungi calon partner bisnis.
• Menegosiasikan kontrak dari memulai proposal sampai menutup kesepakatan.
• Menangani Keluhan Konsumen secara langsung.
