TUGAS PEKERJAAN :

• Bertanggung jawab terhadap pertumbuhan sales alat kesehatan di area kebutuhan (Jakarta, Madiun, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin) sekitarnya
• Melakukan riset pasar untuk mengetahui potensi dan kebutuhan alat kesehatan di RS/Klinik.
• Dapat berkomunikasi dan bernegosiasi dengan pihak user RS/Klinik.
• Mengembangkan strategi penjualan dan peluang bisnis baru.
• Menyiapkan laporan mingguan dan bulanan ke Sales Supervisor/Manager.

Some of your duties will include:

• To maintain and ensure beyond compliance practice compared to all applicable Government of Indonesia Environmental regulations, commitments specified in the Environmental Permit, Environmental Management and Monitoring Plans, environmental commitments and objectives, and other obligations.
• To provide input for beyond compliance requirements that can be implemented in the company, business practices.
• To coordinate all related stakeholders in beyond compliance practice and the preparation of the Green PROPER report.
• Manage environmental performance improvement programs including energy conservation, water conservation, resources conservation, waste reduction, contaminant load reduction.
• Coordinate government inspector, consultant visits related to beyond compliance activities including setup itinerary, staffing requirements, and logistics etc. to support the activity.
• Ensure beyond compliance report to Government of Indonesia completed on time.
• Act as coordinator for other environmental activities during the absence of Advisor Environmental.

Criteria for Sales Executive Position

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role within a 4-star or higher hotel.
• Proven ability to handle corporate accounts and establish strong relationships with business clients.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance, reflecting the high standards of a luxury hotel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (active and passive proficiency required).
• Maximum age of 35 years.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to meet sales targets.
• Adept at using sales and PowerPro system.
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide insights for strategic planning.
