Main Responsibilities for Retail Ambassador

• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on color, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs.
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colors, sizes, and quantities on the floor.

• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms.

• Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, as well as support all stocktake exercises.
• Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments.

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Female, minimum 18 years old (students are welcome!)
• Good working knowledge of Ms. Word, Excel, Google Drive, and POS payment system.
• Ability to communicate in English is preferred (expected to have foreign tourists in our store!).
• Able to represent Love, Bonito’s unique proposition.
• Able to get things done effectively and professionally.
• Trustworthy and take a great responsibility in fulfilling all the tasks given.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively with various teams.
• Able for work duration of 6 months, with minimum 30 & maximum 40 hours per week.
• Have to work at least 1 day on weekend.

Sales Manager (Government Segment)

What you will be doing:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Responsible for the achievement of targeted food and beverage revenues.
• Knows well with the government segment.
• Respond to and contract inquiries for all inquiries professionally and promptly. 
• Initiate billing procedures to ensure hotels deal with creditable clientele, as well as ensure deposits and/or credit applications are received with adequate information.
• Organise and distribute all information to departments for events through banquet event orders, directives, resumes, and rooming lists.
• Coordinate with outside vendors - entertainment, electrical, audio-visual, display, floral, etc. to accommodate the client's requirements.
• Create menus to satisfy client’s needs while maintaining hotel food and labor costs.
• Ability to plan and organize events effectively with an acute sense of detail.
• Ensure delivery of expected guest service through follow-up and coordination with other hotel departments
• Work independently within given parameters and maintain a positive attitude within a very busy environment.
• Able to handle many tasks at once with strong organizational and supervisory skills. 
• Maintain high quality of service standards required by the hotel and company.
• Weekly participation in the inquiry schedule and support of the other “Inquiry Managers” in coverage during absences, vacations, and other high-demand periods.
• Attends customer events, local trade & Bridal shows, and sales missions to maintain, build, and/or develop relationships with current and future clients. 
• Prompt response (within one business day) to all forms of inquiries to capture additional market share.
• Perform regular audits and site of the comp set regularly.
• Negotiate prices, prepare accurate quotes, and confirm by written contracts. 
• Site inspections.
• Active participation in Departmental meetings, team building efforts, and other like activities.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.
• Assist with the compilation of competitive intelligence information.
• Actively participate in appropriate Conference Services/Catering training.
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are complied with at all times.
• Adherence to Company Green Initiatives.
• Primary market segmentation and market deployment may be altered as well as the defined “work week” at the discretion of the Director of Sales.
• All other reasonable requests are made by the leadership of the Department and Hotel.
• Solicit group, transient, and/or banquet business, and reach the consistent achievement of sales objectives.
• Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices, and seal contracts.
• Participate in tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events.
• Maintain accounts, contact, activity, and business details.

Position Overview: As a Sales Executive specializing in the Government Segment at our hotel, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with government clients to drive sales and revenue growth. You will be tasked with understanding the unique needs and requirements of government agencies, leveraging your sales skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of our hotel's offerings, and ultimately closing deals to secure government contracts and bookings.

2. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to the government segment, including prospecting, lead generation, and outreach activities.
3. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within government organizations, including procurement officers, travel managers, and event planners.
4. Conduct sales presentations and meetings to showcase the features, amenities, and capabilities of our hotel, emphasizing how they align with the unique requirements of government clients.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including event planning, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services for government bookings.
6. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with government clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and align with company objectives.
7. Stay informed about government regulations, policies, and budgetary constraints that may impact the hospitality industry and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
8. Track sales metrics, generate reports, and provide regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities within the government segment.
9. Represent the hotel at industry events, conferences, and trade shows targeting government professionals to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
10. Continuously assess market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation in government sales strategies.

Job Requirements:
