Job Purpose

This position is responsible for the supervision and management of the overall Guest Experience operations by ensuring that all service standards delivery are maintained in accordance to the Hotel’s strategic plan and standard.

Primary Responsibilities

Guest Experience Operation

• Participate in daily operations meetings to liaise and coordinate closely with support departments regarding general administration and operations issues.
•  Ensures that the following elements are applied long-term throughout the hotel: Pullman Brand Standards and Loyalty (those elements are refer to I Auditor guidelines)
• Mobilizes all players in the continuous improvement dynamics (process, indicators, follow-up etc.

Epice-Restaurant Assistant Manager is an entry level management position and will be responsible in assisting with the day-to-day management of the restaurant.

Revenue Management

• Continuous analysis of changing channel distribution models and the impact on consumer booking trends
• Optimizes hotel and corporate pricing strategies through definition and management of BAR levels, stay restrictions and other tactics, which are congruent with demand factors and which are managed through all distribution channels
• Maintain rates which promote integrity and which protect the relationships with long term customers

• Work with Revenue Management Team to determine effective and engaging rate offers (packages) which are then offered in to the right customer in the right channel

• Monitors transient, group and tour booking pace in order to determine pricing and availability controls for all reservation distribution sources. Discusses and implements changes in distribution plan accordingly

• Completes all rooms and revenue forecasting to accurately project unconstrained demand

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of growth experiments, outcomes, and learnings.
• Prepare and present regular reports on growth performance to senior management.

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and timeliness in receiving, storing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Optimize layout for better space utilization and workflow, planning material storage locations for streamlined processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts, monitor inventory levels, recommend procurement, and prevent overstock or stockouts.
• Train and manage warehouse staff to ensure safety and performance.
• Coordinate logistics with suppliers and customers to ensure timely deliveries, and maintain quality and safety standards for all goods.
• Maintain compliance with the company's quality management system.

• Assist in ensuring the Human Resources department complies with all corporate, regional, and hotel policies and procedures, and the Indonesian governmental regulations pertaining to employee benefits.
• Organize and maintain employee benefit records.
• Assist in disseminating information affecting employee benefits and administration.
• Process proper paperwork for the enrolment of employees and their defendants in the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan program.
• Assist in processing employee terminations.
• Process status change forms and assist in monitoring eligibility for vacations, paid sick leave, holidays and leaves of absence.
• Process insurance claims in a timely manner and distribute explanations of benefits and benefits pays to employees and providers.
• Trouble-shoot benefit claim problems and employee concerns through communications and the application of the AYANA Resort Company’s philosophy of service.
• Reconcile and process monthly insurance premium statements.
• Provide benefits information and assist in administering intercompany transfers.
• Assist in general Human Resources functions with clerical supports duties.
• Coordinate employee Discounted Rooms program.
• Total and record earned vacation hours.
• Prepare periodic reports and conduct audits of benefit levels, usage and rates with the assistance of Human Resources Director and Assistant Direction.
• Update employee data according to information listed on respective Status Change Form.
• Prepare monthly employee birthday list.
• Organize a monthly employee birthday party.
• Prepare and send correspondence on job offers to specified applicants.
• Prepare 90-day probationary review notifications and distribute to department managers.
• Prepare monthly departmental payroll records and submit to paymaster.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Participate and contributing to the resort sustainability program through education, interaction and suggestion.

• Has experience in a similar position at a 5-start Resort.

• Hands-on experience with Hotel Management software (PMS)
