Some of your duties will include:

·        Responsible for overseeing the IFMS (Infrastructure, Facilities, Maintenance and Services) technical support team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality maintenance support services. Prepare and present cost reports and forecasts to senior management: Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices; Monitor expenditures against the budget and implement cost-saving measures where possible; Prepare cost reports and forecasts related to procurement activities; Implement asset management processes to monitor the lifecycle and utilization of technical assets; Ensure that purchase orders are accurate and reflect agreed-upon terms and conditions; Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of goods and services; Prepare cost estimation (owner estimate) of all planned projects in detail items and scope of works; Controlling cost estimation against overall budget planned in periodical basis as in the BP (monthly, quarterly, semesterly, yearly); Monitoring actual spending budget against planning of each and all projects against allocation in detail specs, variances, deviations in weekly to monthly basis.
