20. Check the pick-up station and side stations, ensuring agreement to standards of cleanliness, supply of stock and organization.
21. Monitor and assist Host (ess) in greeting and escorting guests to their tables according to departmental procedures. Ensure that tables are set to best service the customers.
22. Anticipate heavy business times and organize procedures to handle extended service hours.
23. Anticipate guest’s needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day. Promote positive guest relations at all times.
24. Be familiar with all departments’ product/services/features and local attractions/activities to respond accurately to any customer inquiry.
25. Monitor and handle guest complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction. Ability to solve guests dissatisfaction and answer all guests correspondence by mail, email and telephone or facsimile to ensure guests satisfaction.(within 24 hours at the latest for written document)

Position Purpose:

The Assistant Brand Manager will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, public relations, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager provides support and assistance to the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing and managing all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations. The Assistant Manager works closely with the F&B Manager to ensure the delivery of exceptional dining experiences, maintain high standards of service, and optimize revenue opportunities. They play a vital role in coordinating and supervising the various food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including restaurants, bars, and in-room dining. The Assistant F&B Manager assists in implementing and enforcing standard operating procedures, training and developing the team, monitoring service quality, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The incumbent will be responsible for all CRM activities and Skincare product management for Indonesia. This includes analyzing, monitoring, implementing, and reporting on Dior's Customer Relationship Management programs and initiatives while continually striving to increase the efficiency of these programs to improve results. She/He will manage all matters related to Skincare product management, from forecasting, to pricing and campaign planning.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM)

- Execute instore client events to drive retention and increase overall client average spend.

- Work on prospect recruitment through setting clear objectives with retail team for each animation.

3. PRICING

- Review an analyze central’s recommendation of prices for skincare products. Ensure the pricing is competitive and in line with regional parity & local competitiveness.

- Review annual price increase with central team to ensure our prices stay competitive in the market.

4. CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

- Work with cross-function (CRM, Training, Retail etc) to develop 360 campaigns for all Skincare animations.

- Develop clear sampling and GWP strategies for skincare category

5. MEDIA

- Craft skincare media brief base on skincare objectives and work with internal media digital team to ensure proper execution & optimization of campaigns together with the help of agency.

Position Purpose:

The Assistant Brand Manager will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, public relations, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. Together with the Business Manager, this role will oversee, orchestrate and execute the brand’s business growth via in-store execution, digital marketing, PR, social media, and retail execution, creating a consistent and engaging brand experience that is consumer focused.

Responsibilities

1. Petty Cash Management & Purchasing:

• Oversee petty cash expenditure, allocating expenses among different departments as necessary;

• Organize monthly payments for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan, and annual payments for Medical Insurance.

3. Administrative Support:

• Review the business trip proposal and its compliance with company policies and assist with the business trip preparation/process;
• Review and process reimbursement submissions for business trips and other activities;
• Maintain and update the Indonesia database as necessary. 

4. HR Supports:

• Coordinate creating and delivering Welcome Packs for new employees, including vendor research, negotiation, and budget management;
• Keep the welcome pack database updated with relevant information;
• Assist the Indonesian office and HR department with other requested tasks related to Indonesian operations and HR projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor law, tax, and regulations is a plus;
