About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager in Jakarta as a strategic partner to the business line and hiring managers, aligning HR initiatives with company objectives. You will lead and drive the implementation of HR strategies, ensure competitive compensation frameworks, and maintain employee engagement and compliance with regulations.
Job ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Collaborate with business lines and hiring managers to meet manpower demands and adapt to market dynamics.
- Lead the annual salary review and performance management exercise.
- Review and enhance compensation and performance frameworks to support employee growth and competitiveness.
- Oversee the full cycle of recruitment for the Indonesia office, ensuring a high-quality onboarding experience.
- Design and develop initiatives to foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and alignment with company values.
- Prepare and manage monthly payroll processing.
- Ensure HR practices comply with Indonesian labor laws and regulations, updating policies as needed.
- Advocate for Igloo’s vision, mission, and values, translating them into HR policies and guidelines.
- Support additional HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of HR Generalist / HR Business Partner experiences, preferably from an insurance company and has experience across different/ couples of HR functions.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment law.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work according to business needs.
- Strong tech savvy and curious to try and brave through new frontiers.
- A self-starter who embraces change and challenges.
- A hands-on contributor and a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Natural in attention to details.Â
