DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN 

• Menyiapkan dan meninjau segala bentuk perikatan/ kontrak perusahaan (Perjanjian, Amandemen/Adendum) diluar kontrak pengadaan barang dan jasa
• Menyiapkan dan meninjau segala bentuk rancangan produk hukum perusahaan
• Menyiapkan dan meninjau dokumen legalitas perusahaan sehubungan dengan permintaan oleh internal/eksternal perusahaan
• Melakukan administrasi dokumen perusahaan dan kontrak perusahaan
• Menyiapkan dokumen sehubungan dengan dokumen legalitas perusahaan
• Melakukan penyesuaian perikatan/perjanjian dengan prosedur internal perusahaan dan peraturan perundang-udangan yang berlaku

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or System Information or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years as a IT Security or IT Cyber Security
• Familiar with common security controls and security flaws for modern Mobile Application, Web Applications, APIs and Cloud Infrastructure
• Understands the OWASP testing methodology
• Manage reporting related Information System Security status
• Manage operational SIEM & Information System Security day to day
• Familiar with common security controls and security standard such as NIST
• Offensive Security certifications is an advantage such as CEH Pratical or OSCP /OSCE certifiied

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand the client's business objectives and communication strategy.

• Lead the team in daily deliverables and implementation while serving the client's needs.

a.      Draft, review, translate, finalize and file agreements, contracts and other legal documents.

b.      Communicate and negotiate with internal and external parties for finalizing contracts.

c.      Provide an accurate legal opinion, legal advice, summary or a review of government regulations relating any legal topics (corporate, labour, industrial, etc).

d.      Arrange and obtain licenses for corporate business, such as OSS and industrial license. Communicate with government officials and maintain a good relation and compliance.            

e.      Handle government reporting, such as LKPM and industrial reports on schedule.                     

f.       Handle Shareholders meetings, BOD meetings and other corporate matters, including preparing its resolution documents and liase with notary for notarial deeds.            

g.      Provide any other legal needs as requested by the management.
