Supports Revenue Manager in analyzing and reporting Revenue Management data in all revenue streams.

 Duties & Responsibilities

• Breaks down information into its fundamental components, identifying the core principles, reasons, or facts to gain comprehensive insights.
• Conducts regular price and competitor analysis to stay on top of market dynamics and optimize pricing strategies.
• Aims to be the primary point of contact for all statistical and revenue-related requests and issues by continuously developing and enhancing reporting skills.
• Assists in collating, gathering, and ensuring the quality control of revenue data, tracking performance against budgeted targets.
• Supports the Revenue Manager in generating and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly revenue management reports, presenting results across all segments and outlets.
• Observes, receives, and acquires information from relevant sources, submitting reports promptly to meet delivery deadlines.
• Analyses period-end and other available system data to discern trends, forecast future needs, and identify obstacles to goal achievement.
• Prepares supporting documentation for sales strategy meetings, contributing to the development of effective revenue strategies.
• Cultivates constructive and cooperative relationships with team members and other stakeholders, ensuring sustained collaboration over time.
• Executes all Revenue Management month-end reporting and auditing, providing forward-looking information for forecasting and targeting specific areas of need.
• Runs daily system checks to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy in revenue-related processes.

IT Staf

• To be involved in day-to-day audit work on operation and to advice the Hotel Manager for any uncharacteristic happenings.
• To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following ACCOR/FRS Standards of Performance.
• To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set.
• To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Admin & General Division or any other Department of the hotel as assigned.
• To perform all duties and tasks when rotated or assigned to another Department as per established standards for that Department.
• To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
• To assist authorized users in relation to operation of the hotel’s IT system hardware, various modules and supporting personal computers.
• To ensure that preventive maintenance required by any IT equipment in the hotel is carried out appropriately.
• To coordinate the timely repair and return to service of any faulty systems or items of equipment.
• To establish and implement procedures to ensure the backup of data in any IT system.
• To rebuild data corrupted by either hardware or software faults.
• To coordinate the investigation and timely handling of any software fault reports or enhancement requests.
• To set up emergency procedures to continue the operation of the hotel in the event of system failure.
• To provide manuals on the use of any IT systems and incorporate those manuals into the relevant operating procedures of the hotel.
• To arrange the distribution of Night Audit and other regularly system-produced reports.
• To establish necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the IT systems.
• To provide technical assistance to internal or external Audit staff.
• To work with the Sales & Marketing Department and Operational Departments to set up and maintain clean relevant databases for management purpose.
• To ensure the continuous availability of a hierarchy to deal with an emergency in any essential IT system.
• To ensure the availability of any stationery or consumables required by any IT systems.
• To keep the software in the Property Management System up to the current release as instructed by the Regional IT.
• To advise the management of the hotel on additional facilities that could be provided by existing or further IT systems and technological advances.
• To ensure that all licenses and annual maintenance contracts are complete and up to date
• To prepare weekly work schedules in accordance with workload and priorities for the approval by the Hotel Manager
• To project at all times a positive and motivated attitude and exercise self control.
• To carry out quarterly, bi-yearly, yearly inventory of operating equipment.
