• Develop engaging and high quality content (photo, videos, or written content) for social media
• Assist in scheduling and publishing content based on social med workplan
• Monitor social media and engage the users (reply the comments, dm and etc)

Contract Life Cycle management:

• Daily trade confirmation monitoring & reconciliation (completeness/coherence check)
• Daily contract document reception / issuing monitoring & signature follow-up
• Closing of fully executed trades and follow up of accrual ageing

Invoicing & Cash management:

• Daily invoice booking (Goods, Transport, Logistic Services, Claims, Broker commission)
• Timely and Efficient Payments: Process payments promptly and efficiently to vendors and suppliers.
• Original invoices must be obtained and archived for 10 years in compliance with local government policy.
• Each invoice copy is accompanied by sets of supporting documents, aiding in validation. User ensures any missing documents or corrections are obtained from the supplier/vendor.
• Ageing balance monitoring

Master data management:

• Collect & Verify mandatory documents related to Secondary cost counterparty creations / updates
• Collect & Verify mandatory documents related to bank account creations / updates

• Manage Fraud risk Operations, including but not limited to Prevention, Detection, Investigation and Monitoring.
• Identify fraudulent and high risk applications and/or transactions.
• Develop and manage fraud risk strategics, including the creations of rules and triggers to detect and prevention fraud also monitoring risks and implementing preventive measures.
• Determined fraud by analyzing accounts and transactions pattern.
• Develop fraud risk reports for management, highlighting trends, mapping high risk area.
• Training employee on anti fraud best practices.
• Work closely with other team to ensure fraud risk is considered in all new initiative and complied with regulator.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking,P2P, or financial services with a focus on funding and investments
• Strong understanding of funding mechanisms, investment strategies, and financial markets
• Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in sales and client relationship management
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Accountabilities:

Customer Service

• Develop and implement efficient business processes for order processing, fulfillment, and returns.

Logistics

Export-Import (EXIM)

• Ensure EXIM activities comply with internal policies, external regulations, and international standards.
• Monitor accurate declaration of import/export documentation, including HS codes, origin, and value.
• Manage EXIM KPIs, such as clearance time, duty drawbacks, and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with customs, brokers, and other external stakeholders to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Review and validate EXIM documentation to avoid unnecessary expenses.
• Support compliance standards through effective use of systems such as SAP.
• Represent the company in tax disputes, customs audits, and other external engagements.
• Prepare and present regular reports to finance and other stakeholders.
